We are Raquel, Raquel and Rosario, we take turns to answer all your questions while you are preparing your holidays and to welcome you when you finally arrive to La Carihuela.

Great little apartment in a great location

We cannot recommend this apartment enough and would like to thank Raquel (and her mum) for an enjoyable stay from start to finish.

Upon arrival at Malaga airport we were greeted by Raquel’s mum who escorted us to the apartment and gave us a tour of the area, pointing out the best places to get groceries etc. The apartment itself was lovely and clean, nicely decorated and had everything you could need including iron/ironing board, all kitchen utilities and a washing machine. As a lovely added touch there was also water, milk and butter in the fridge along with a fruit basket and bottle of wine (very welcome indeed!). The apartment is in a great location, a very short walk from Calle Miami/Calle Trocadero and the paseo, where a host of restaurants and bars can be found. It is also in a great location to walk to the Benalmadena Marina or into Torremolinos. The complex itself also has a bar/restaurant with reasonably priced food and drinks, and a happy hour every day.

From making our booking, Raquel was always quick to respond to any questions we had. We cannot fault any aspect of our booking and we were made to feel very welcome.

We would thoroughly recommend a stay here to anyone.

Detta är andra gången vi hyr av Raquel. Denna gång hyrde vi i 10 dagar. Raquel både hämtade och lämnade oss vid Malagas flygplats. Lägenheten har allt man behöver fri wiifi, dusch/hårschampo , kylskåpet fylld med smör, bröd,vatten,juice,kaffe, the mm. Förutom en stor fruktkorg, choklad och vin. Lägenheten ligger mycket centralt med närhet till buss och stranden ca 150 meter bort. Det finns två pooler och en härlig trädgård och det är mycket tyst fri från trafikbuller. Det finns även en restaurant med prisvärd mat och dricka på området. Vi återkommer gärna flera gånger hit, och vi kan varmt rekommendera Raquel, bättre värd finns inte. Paul & Vanja från Sverige

Good holiday

Very smooth process - even got picked up and left back to the airport . Nice touch . Apartment very clean with everything that you need for your stay. Close to all amenities and about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Overall had a great time at these apartments.

Ideally located in La Carihuela. There are numerous bars, restaurants, shops and nightclubs within walking distance.

It is less than 200m from the beach in the village of La Carihuela between Torremolinos and Benalmadena Costa, 6km from Malaga airport. It is a 20 minute gentle stroll to Torremolinos centre in one direction or Puerto Marina at Benalmadena along the promenade in the other direction. A bus stop is located at the main door (local buses and regular services to Malaga or Marbella).

The famous fish restaurants of La Carihuela are 50m away in the pedestrian streets of the village.

Visit Malaga and its museums (Picasso, Carmen Thyssen), the Cathedral, the Alcazaba and the Roman Theatre.

All the Costa del Sol attractions are easily accessible: Marbella shopping, sailing, boat-trips to see dolphins and whales, wolves Park in Antequera, Ronda hills excursion, visits to theme parks: Tivoli, Aqualand, Fuengirola Zoo, Selwo Aventura Safari, Dolphin Parks, Sealife and Cable car.

One-day trips are possible by car, train or bus to discover other Andalusian cities: Seville, Cordoba, Granada (booking is advised if you wish to visit the Alhambra), Cadiz.
