We have had a very good time in Casa Scopeti during Easter Holiday, the house is perfectly situated between Florence and the Chianti region. The best asset of the house is... Marco ! :) his kindness and availability make the Holiday even better. It was a bit cold to enjoy the pool but we pretty much enjoyed the jacuzzi after interesting visits during the day. The house well reflected on the pictures. The driveway is a bit unconventional for conventional cars, but It did not bother me. One can hear the sounds of the nearby express way to Siena but it is not a problem. We were two adults and two kids and we all enjoyed.

Geweldig huis!
Great Tuscan villa well located once you find it at the end of the track
The villa has everything you would want for a summer holiday - good sized pool and air conditioning in bedrooms to manage the hot times inside a very self contained traditional villa. Comfy beds, good towels for bath and pool and a reasonable set of kitchen equipment. Only complaint was some of the pillows were a bit lumpy. It was a great base for our family holiday with 3 married children and two grandchildren. Yes it is a bit hard to find at first - aim for the American Cemetery and follow instructions carefully! And you are definitely off the beaten track, so beautifully quiet with views across the valley. But only a 20 minute drive into the southern parking areas at Florence or about 50 minutes to Siena with the rest of Tuscany available to explore. We had agreat week and especially enjoyed the support of the host, Marco, who made good use of the wood pizza oven for us!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Villa Scopetti. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is sparkling clean, and the jacuzzi was an added extra. The location is perfect for day trips to everywhere in the Chianti area. Marco was wonderful - he answered emails promptly, came to find us when we got lost on arrival, and helped us reclaim our daughters lost luggage. Our very young grandchildren appreciated the little house and slide and the grassy area. Would definitly recommend the villa for a relaxing holiday

A wonderful villa which looks just like the photos! Private, spacious, wonderful views, well kept, excellent service by the owner. Couldn't have asked for more.

Perfect location to plan day trips around the region and in a beautiful setting. Marco, the owner, was always very quick to respond to any needs and extremely helpful. Hope to be back.
