Pretty village house in the center of less than 50 meters from the church and shops, fishmonger, bar, tobacco, butcher, supermarket, restaurants.
The house is on 2 floors comprising 4 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen with cooking piano, dishwasher, fridge and freezer ..
The beach Saint Michel is 200 m.
Batz is between the Croisic (2.5 Km) and Pouliguen, Baule (4 Km) and the salt marshes of Guérande. Everything is accessible by bike there are many bike paths from the inside or the wild coast. I have a bike garage 200 m from the house, more convenient than the courtyard which will be quickly congested.
The possible activities are very numerous, beach, fishing, water sports, (beach valentin or Baule), horse (Pelamer in Croisic) bike, walk in the marshes, Guérande and its ramparts .....

Jolie maison idéalement située

Cette jolie maison est très agréable, et est idéalement située, à proximité de tous les commerces nécessaires, sans être obligé d'aller au supermarché (qui n'est pas loin malgré tout, au Croisic à qq minutes en vélo). On pose sa voiture et on peut tout faire à pied, y compris aller sur une petite plage pas loin. L'idéal est d'emporter son vélo pour découvrir d'autres plages (la côte sauvage est magnifique !) ou visiter la région qui possède de nombreuses pistes cyclables et voies partagées (on circule d'ailleurs mieux ainsi qu'en voiture à cette saison). Les 4 chambres de la maison permettent à chacun de se reposer, et Daniel, le propriétaire, est particulièrement accueillant. Une belle adresse à retenir !

Très bon séjour

Maison accueillante très agréable à vivre et très joliment décorée, en plein centre du bourg. Propriétaire très sympa. Un vrai plaisir.

Très belle maison!

Nous avons eu la chance de séjourner dans cette belle maison. Grande maison ancienne, parfaitement décorée. Proche de la plage (5/10 min à pied), et à proximité immédiate de commerces, marché nous n’avons pas utilisé notre voiture du court séjour. Propriétaire très agréable, très bon contact. On reviendra très certainement. Un regret que ça se termine déjà.

Agréable séjour

Bien que la location gagnerait à être un peu améliorée, en voici les points positifs : bien située, meublée avec goût, spacieuse et un propriétaire agréable et facilement joignable. Points d'amélioration : une machine à laver le linge qui fonctionne éviterait aux locataires d'avoir à aller dans une laverie (...), une télévision, quelques poelles et un micro onde seraient les bienvenus... Pour le reste, vous y passerez de bonnes vacances.
