About the property

The apartment is on the tenth floor of an iconic 79 floor super-structure which has one of the best locations in the marina. Both spacious and welcoming, the rooms have been recently completely re-furbished using a subtle colour palette reflecting the very best in urban living. A plus factor for this apartment is that it is only rented on a weekly basis, thereby avoiding the severe wear and tear experienced by other apartments with residents changing every few days.

On entering the spacious apartment, the lobby area leads directly to the generous sized living room which benefits from plenty of natural light, enhancing both the dining and living experience.

There are two sofas (sofa-beds) seating four people in comfort as well as a large multi-channel flat-screen TV.

The dining table seats six and is positioned to afford great views both day and night.

Adjoining the living space is a full spec kitchen leading off to two good-sized double bedrooms, one a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the other a family bedroom with adjoining bathroom. Both bedrooms have views.

The bedrooms both have floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes as well as a separate dressing area.

Each bathroom has a bath with shower, a WC plus a separate bidet.

There is also a small laundry room leading off of the lobby.

Located in the most sought after area of Dubai, this new and modern marina apartment will not disappoint.

The marina area itself has become particularly popular over the last four years and consequently property prices have soared. People globally have been attracted by the large number of good quality restaurants as well as well-stocked supermarkets (including a Marks and Spencer Food outlet) that have opened around the waters edge. The first phase of the new Dubai tram system operates from Dubai Marina and runs to the Palm monorail, with further track being built onward to the centre of Dubai.
