This property is located in a development of a high-level habitat in an area of ​​950 m2 which consists exquisite garden of tropical plants and palm-paradise, dragon trees, yuccas and multiple flowering plants and decorating along a manicured lawn. The three rooms have different decorations. For more privacy, the master bathroom is only accessible from it. The round glass table lined with fixed seat cushion makes eating more enjoyable and gathering, and when you turn the fireplace is next, even more. The porch with its lush bright windows and comfortable patio furniture, provides a Wellness and a style of living differently. The car or cars can be accommodated within the estate. A great place to stay - every convenience. Away from it all - yet convenient for local shops etc.

A great house well looked after and well presented. Lovely Garden and Pool - one of the nicer Villas we have rented. "Albert" is a very congenial host and looked after our needs well.

Will certainly put it on our list for the future!!

Just from la nucia and alberts villa have to give 10 out of 10 for the hospitality 9 for la nucia dont go to benidorm if you dont like busy thanks again albert an cecil .

My friends and I cannot speak highly enough of this beautiful Villa. We were all blown away when we arrived at how truly fantastic it was with everything you could need and so ideally placed too. It by far exceeded our expectations and to be fair is so cheap for the quality and comfort offered. A big part of how tremendous our stay was down to Albert and Cecil. Not only during the booking process was Albert so kind and helpful but he also collected us from the airport and took us back too at a price we could not find anywhere else. He also ran us in to town on our first day as being a Sunday most places were closed - literally nothing was too much trouble and little surprise we became friends quickly. All facilities you could want were there and all at a high quality. The supermarket (mercadona) down the road has everything and cheaper than the uk with better quality too. Needless to say we are already in discussion about returning soon. Once again we would highly recommend it to all and out thanks to Albert and Cecil.

A lovely, clean , well maintained property inside and out.

Upon arrival Albert was exemplary in his attention to detail and kindness towards us and any additional needs. Nothing was too much of a problem. The villa had everything you needed, stocked with essentials and had a lovely home feel about it. The garden was extremely well maintained and stunning. We were within walking distance to a Bus stop which served us well , the bus travelled to Alicante via Benidorm. Also a 3 minute walk led to a large supermarket and various other shops and cafes. Our stay was fantastic and would highly recommend. Albert was again terrific !!

The property is within walking distance of Bell monte'Puch '1450 m above sea level within 5 km of the beach with its green slopes mainly by Mediterranean pine trees. In around Mount Chortá and Sierra Bernia extend some meters less high, but form a chain of weather protection that provide a unique special microclimate in Europe. The statistic gives a figure of more than 300 days sun a year. From our property is only 20 minutes drive to the high mountain as if one in the Alps. There are medieval castles and Christian Arab, reservoirs with turquoise water and ecological walks boat, powered by solar panels. The sea gets in summer to 28 degrees C and the beaches are awarded as the cleanest and ecological Spain. The surrounding towns offer a huge beauty with typical cuisine of the region. There vintners and wine cellars that offer extraordinary enoescapadas tourist. Near our property is located theme, water and zoological parks of great beauty. In the party room Benidorm Palace offer for very reasonable prices, with dinner included, some international and high quality flamenco shows. Benidorm day offers besides shopping a fabulous gazebo where you exchange your two beautiful beaches and a port deportivi where excursions can start a boat with underwater vision Benidorm Island (20min,). And the Tabarca Island (90min.) There is also a facility for Sky Sailing, Jet skis, parasailing and buseo trips to a reef with lots of marine fauna. Five mins. our property is a heliport where performed scenic flights by helicopter. Benidorm at night, offers a very active nightlife until dawn, clubs, pubs, bars, wineries, restaurants, and shows of all kinds. There are two peo- a foreign tourist and other Spanish tourists. In the old town is the famous tapas bars, gastronomic culture in Spain. The town of Altea which is less than fifteen minutes. drive, it offers visitors attraction Villa Blanca and its old town. Around the church are fixed addresses many painters, writers, sculptors and other bohemian artists who settled between 1. 950-1960. The fishing village, Calpe, located at 10kms. Altea with Ifach, Costa Blanca icon, emerging from the same sea. That delicious fish and seafood eaten. At the fish market of the port, you can witness the fish auction of fishing vessels from a gallery. There is also a selling point to buy the fish arrives every day.
