Located in the heart of the old town, at the foot of the castle, opposite the old prison, the canals, and 3 minutes from the lake, this charming apartment of 35 m2 is completely renovated, and has a private garden suspended on three levels. Sun from morning to evening, absolute calm, aromatic plants, ancient trees, birds, all elements that make this place a unique place in Annecy, allowing you to feel secluded in nature, while being at the heart of the attractions that the little Venice of the Alps has to offer.

Cute, clean and great location!
We spent 3 weeks traveling France and stayed two very comfortable nights in this quaint apartment in mid-July. Our reservation was somewhat last minute and fortunately for us, the owner was accommodating and responsive! This property was easily one of our favorites and we loved the terraced garden where we ate our croissants each morning, accompanied by the cutest black cat who sat on the stone wall quietly watching us. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed and futon were quite comfortable. Like most of the places we stayed, the apartment is somewhat small, but the layout makes it feel very spacious and the three of us never felt like we were getting in each other's way...in fact, we could actually fit more than one person in the kitchen! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property for a visit to Annecy!
It was a pleasure to receive Alison and her family over. Alison is very pleasant to communicate with, and treated our place with all the respect it diserved. We hope to see Alison again and recommend her for any other rental !
Hidden Garden Oasis in Old Town Annecy
Perfect for the 2 of us, the flat had everything we needed - including a washing machine. The tiered gardens were more inviting than imagined from the photos and we loved that we backed up to the Chateau walls. This is a great location, right in the heart of old town Annecy. The hosts were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We'd certainly recommend this couples, more than 2 would be too tight for our taste. Parking is a bit difficult, but doable and no reflection on the owners' offering. Stove top but no oven, so if you like to cook you might want to know that. World Class gelato around the corner. What more could you want? Loved it!
Quaint little apartment in the heart and soul of Annecy. Host was kind and responsive. Self check-in was easy. Parking was a bit challenging on the busy holiday but several public parking options to choose from in the surrounding area. Would happily stay again.
First trip to Annecy
Good experience. Good location. The owner is very responsive. The apartment is very clean. Will stay again.
A glass of wine at the Caves du Chateau, the best pizza in the city at Little Italy, lose yourself in the narrow streets of the old town at the edge of the canals, cross the garden of Europe, then the bridge of love, then go along the lake to Annecy-le-Vieux, go see the breathtaking view from the port of Sévrier, visit the small village of Talloires, a gourmet meal at Clos des Sens, at Yoann Conte, etc ........ .................................
