Located within a 10 minute walk to the beach this stunning duplex penthouse provides all you could wish for when looking for your ideal holiday get away.

Situated on the 17th hole of Dona Julia golf course the property provides stunning panoramic views to the sea, mountains, golf and surrounding area.

Internally the property is light and airy and benefits from a south orientation, the living area is light and spacious with two sofas 46 inch T.V on the wall, coffee table, DVD and WIFI. You also have a dining table that seats 6 people.

You then have a separate kitchen with all of the modern appliances, microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer and dish washer.

There is also a utility room with a washing machine and dryer, ironing board and drying area.

You then have two good sized bedrooms, one of the bedrooms consists of two single beds that can be placed together to make a king size bed if desired.

You then have a toilet and shower room to the side of the second bedroom.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and has its own ensuite bathroom with shower. Leading from the master bedroom you have terrace doors that take you out on to the large and vast terrace providing views to the sea directly from the bedroom.

In the living area you have a large plasma television with all of the English free view channels, along with a DVD player and free Wi Fi access that can be used throughout the apartment.

Leading from living area you have large terrace doors taking you to the lower terrace again providing views to the sea. On the lower level you have sun beds a small table for relaxing and a large dining table for those long warm nights having a glass of wine, eating the local sea food and watching the sunset.

There is also an underground car park and there is a lift which takes you directly to the penthouse apartment.

On site you have both a large adults pool and a children’s swimming pool, with toilets, showers and sun beds.

The apartment is ideally situated for all of the local amenities, bars, restaurants, shops, golf and the beaches of the Sabinillas, La Duquesa and Estepona.

You are less than a 15 minute drive to Estepona and 30 minutes from Marbella, Gibraltar is also only 35 minutes away.

This is a clean modern apartment that is furnished to a very high standard supplying all of the comforts of home mixed with stunning views and the close proximity of the beach.

Perfect location and great outside space

The apartment was lovely, light and clean and great communication from Jason prior to our stay. Check in and check out very straight forward. Everything we needed and all worked well - the underground car parking was a great addition too. A couple of minor improvements such as a bbq would have been nice, the double bed mattress was slightly thin, working lights on the terrace for the evenings and the living room patio doors didn’t lock. Saying that though, these minor things really did not spoil our time away at all and life is never perfect!!! But the roof terrace was perfect for sunbathing all day, the kitchen was well equipped with kettle, microwave, coffee maker and fridge freezer and the washing machine was perfect for bringing a suitcase home with clean clothes!!! So thank you Jason - we would certainly recommend your apartment to friends and family and would keep in mind if we ever return to this area again! Thank you ....

Great Views from the large terrace

Just spent a fantastic week in the October sunshine. The apartment is great, with all the amenities you need. Very clean and comfortable and the big WOW factor is the large terrace which has fantastic views and enjoys all day long sunshine. It’s also very private and quite. As soon as you enter the apartment you feel safe secure and at home. Looking to go back very soon – a great little find in a very nice part of the Costa del Sol.

Wonderfull apartment!

The apartment had everything we needed. As others have written it feels like a very long 10 minutes walk to the beach! We enjoyed our stay very much and may come back to explore more of the little white villages in the mountains.

Lovely apartment with great views

We had a lovely stay at this apartment as a young family of 4 - very peaceful and comfortable in every sense.

The advert indicates a spacious comfortable apartment - that is an understatement. Both the inside and external areas are very spacious, and everything in the form of furnishings inside and out, and kitchen appliances etc make this an extremely comfortable apartment to stay in.

The balcony area is great with fantastic views over the med. We loved this area and chose to dine in and eat on the balcony most nights rather than going out to eat.

The pool area was also great - nice size pool for adults and a small paddling pool for infants, a selection of loungers and a clean toilet block, all well maintained.

The area is also lovely and convenient with good shops locally and a short stroll down to the beach area (probably advisable to have a car though). Well worth a visit to La Duquesa and a trip into the Casares in the mountains, whilst Estepona with it's Marina and beautiful old town are also well worth a visit - Wednesday's are good as the market is also on.

We loved our stay and communication with Jason was good. Having stayed in various areas of the Costa over recent we loved this area, and no doubt will return and look up this apartment when we do.

Stayed at this apartment in early June weather fantastic Jason the owner very helpful fantastic views WiFi very good this is a lovely apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday try the restaurant down the bottom of the hill called venta la choza
