Spacious 2 Bedroom Fully Air Conditioned Penthouse Apartment.

This is a spacious two bedroom, two bathroom penthouse apartment with Full Air Conditioning (Hot and Cold in all rooms) at Residencial La Cinuelica. 100MB Fibre Broadband

The property is approached from the communal private pool and garden area. It has its own gate and ground floor garden area of tile and gravel. As it is a first floor apartment an external staircase leads to the balcony area and front door. It is therefore unsuitable for wheelchair users.

The balcony which overlooks the pool and garden is north easterly facing and is perfect for the early morning and evening sunshine whilst providing welcome shade in the heat of the day. A glass topped garden table and matching chairs are provided for this area— excellent for alfresco dining, great for breakfasts too.

The living / dining room is furnished with a sofa bed, Satellite TV, DVD player, coffee table and dining table with four chairs. An archway leads into the kitchen which is fully fitted and equipped with electric oven and hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. A selection of saucepans, crockery, glassware, cutlery and utensils are provided.

The external utility area is accessed from the kitchen where you will find the water heater and washing machine. A clothes airer is also provided.

A metal staircase provides access to the private roof terrace giving excellent views of the surrounding area. Sun Loungers are provided for lazy days in the sun on the roof terrace and two folding Loungers are provided for taking to beach or by the pool.

A second archway leads to the master bedroom which is furnished with a double bed and bedside tables with drawers. There is a built-in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and coat hangers are provided. The fully tiled en-suite bathroom comprises toilet, basin and shower with curtain. There is also a mirror with light and shaver point.

The main bathroom is also fully tiled and comprises bath with shower over, bidet, toilet and washbasin with light vanity mirror and shaver point.

The second bedroom is accessed from the living area and is furnished with two single beds and a bedside table with built-in wardrobes providing ample clothes storage. Coat hangers are provided.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES (Payable to the Property Manager):

On arrival at the property you will be met by the Property Manager who will show you around and explain everything to you. If this arrival or departure time is during the normal working hours, there is no additional charges.

06:00 - 20:00 = No additional fee

20.00 - Midnight = €15

Midnight - 06.00 = €25

06.00 - 08.00 = €15

There is a €50 cleaning fee payable in cash to the Property Manager at the beginning of your stay.

Airport Transfers can be arranged for Alicante and for Murcia. The fee is for up to 6 people not per person.

• Changeover:

On arrival days - the apartment will be ready after 16:00 hrs

On departure days - the apartment should be vacated by 10:00 hrs

If there are no immediate changeover bookings after your stay, (By Prior Arrangement With The Property Manager), it may be possible to stay in the apartment until you are due to leave for the airport.

All rubbish must be placed in the Grey Wheelie Bins situated on numerous street corners. The agent may deduct a small fee from the security deposit if rubbish is left in the apartment.

Noisy Neighbours

Lovely spotless and fully equipped apartment in a lovely gated setting close to restaurants and shops, beach.. Big but.. Residential neighbours very very noisy. Furniture being moved day and night, TV blaring until 1am, washing machines on 2 hrs cycles all day, agent Karen not helpful when text to notify

Owner's Response: I’m glad to hear you liked the apartment and sorry that you encountered noisy neighbours. This is the first time anyone has reported any problems with noise, and we have not experienced any late noise from the one residential neighbour during our stays. The other apartments are also holiday lets and it’s unfortunate that these short stay guests were noisy on this occasion.

Very nice apartment easy walking to shops and restaurants

Thank you nigel we had a very nice stay , it was great not having to get in the car to go to shops or for meals , we ate out all the time everyone friendly gardens and pool were kept lovely , flat very clean and comfortable. This is not a complaint but forgot to tell Karen only one light bulb out of 4 working in lounge , and only one bulb in kitchen . We hope to return again soon . Many thanks Rose & Jim

Lovely apartment perfect for families.

My family and I have had a lovely holiday in this apartment. The apartment has everything you would need. The pool area was very well maintained and also had a lifeguard (something I've not experienced in owned complexes before) giving us extra peace of mind having young children. People on the complex are very friendly and welcoming and it is positioned in a gated community giving you extra security. There are a number of lovely restaurants and bars nearby, ranging from 3 to 15 minutes walk away for the main shopping complex. We had a lovely time as a family, and made some lovely friends here. The owner was very quick to answer any questions we had and the property managers were very friendly and helpful. I hope we can return again soon.

Spacious Apartment in good location

Just back from a great relaxing break in this lovely apartment. The apartment and surrounding area was kept very clean. There is two pools which were clean and well maintained. Everything you need was provided. Quiet area but not far to walk to bars and restaurants. Will definitely be looking at going back as the booking process was straight forward. Nigel was very helpful and arranged pick up from the airport for us. Thank you look forward to returning.
