Marbella, with a communal garden and swimming pool for adults and children. It has an exclusive parking space outside. The complex is fully enclosed and is in the best area of ​​Marbella, next to the A7 motorway. The buildings have a garden plant and first floor. Superb location and sunny, cosy pad !

The apartment is in a superb location close by and within walking distance to all amenities. The balcony has sun most of the day and en enjoyable view over the garden and pool. The apartment has a nice comfortable and cosy feel... We immediately fwlt at home. Throughly enjoyed the rest. Sonia made us feel welcome and was on hand for help and information whenever we asked.

Excelentes Férias

O Apartamento é exactamente conforme é mostrado nas fotografias, a localização é excelente e as instalações estavam muito bem tratadas. Os jardins muito bem cuidados assim como tudo o que era área comum.

A propriedade estava com um excelente nível de limpeza assim como de manutenção.

O proprietário esteve sempre disponível para responder ás minhas dúvidas e rapidamente.

O apartamento está perto de excelentes praias e excelentes restaurantes, assim como de supermercados.

A minha família passou uns excelente dias nesta maravilhosa propriedade.

Se voltar a Marbella certamente já terei lugar para ficar.

Buena elección

Es el segundo año que vamos a este apartamento y la verdad es que nos encanta. Todo el mobiliario y electrodomésticos están muy cuidados, estancias amplias y la urbanización es muy tranquila con una piscina agradable.

Se encuentra al lado de la mejor playa de Marbella y en los alrededores del apartamento se encuentran todos los servicios necesarios.

Sin duda repetiremos porque es una buena elección para pasar unas vacaciones en Marbella, en nuestro caso con dos niños pequeños.
