This apartment is ideal for family holidays combining traditional Savoyard and modern home comforts - it has been lovingly renovated by the owners, and is now the perfect holiday apartment. Situated above the main street in La Clusaz it is walking distance to all the main conveniences - restaurants, shops, banks etc. You can stay here without needing a car and should there be a non-skier in the group there is plenty to keep them occupied in the village. For people driving There is no allocated parking. Opposite is a carpark to unload . There is underground parking in the village and non-metered zones further away. The bus station is close to the apartment and the navette passes close by. The apartment is South facing with fabulous views over the Aravis range and sun all day long. It has a well equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences. Satellite Free view TV - UK and French + WiFi. A huge selection of children's DVDS collected by the owner's children and some for parents too. There is a large selection of books and games for your use . There are 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed and the other has 2 bunk beds and a small sofa bed. Limitless piping hot water and central heating. There is also a balcony off the main living space to enjoy a drink before dinner or simply watch the village below. There is a ski locker on the ground floor for your use in winter. We can arrange a transfer from Geneva airport or Annecy railway station on request.

Fantastic location , lovely views , with 5 minute access to the pistes and restaurants on your door step.
The apartment is so centrally located in the village you don't need a car. The shops and restaurants are at the front door and the ski bus passes close by or you can walk 5 minutes to the nearest skiing. The village square is a hive of activity throughout the year and is five minutes walk from the door. This is really the best mix of modern and traditional and above all comfortable.
The apartment is very comfortable and is equipped to a good standard, ideal if you wish to self-cater. There is a great view of the mountains and the slopes from the balcony. There is a small, but adequate, supermarket 50 metres from the building and a boulangerie a minute walk. You can either leave your skis and boots in the locker room within the building or, as we did, leave them overnight at one of the ski hire shops adjacent to the main lift area. La Clusaz is an attractive alpine village, unlike many French ski resorts that we have been to in the past. It also has some superb restaurants, both in the village and on the slopes.
Appartement au coeur de la station, jolie vue, chambres très au calme, décoration très chaleureuse, appartement très bien équipé car régulièrement utilisé par les propriétaires. Rien ne manque. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous reviendrons.
Très bel appartement très bien pour une famille avec deux enfants. Très bien équipé et très bien situé dans le village. Rien a redire, séjour parfait. Je recommande vivement.
