PARTIES or PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Rental is calculated accordingly to the number of occupants and if extra guests are found in the apartment during your stay we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement with immediate effect.
We have a strict NO SMOKING POLICY throughout the flat. Should any persons be reported smoking, or our cleaners smell smoke in the rooms an extra charge of 50 Euros will apply either to reinstate the apartment or compensate the following guests for the inconvenience caused.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT times are usually flexible but the indicative times here provided need to be observed if there are other reservations on the same day of your arrival/departure.
PIRIYA TOWER, approx. 45-minute drive from Suvarnabhumi Airport, is nestled in the popular residential district of Sathon, jointly with ASCOTT TOWER SATHON 5 STARS HOTEL. This is a safe, modern and vibrant area, close to everything and far from the less desirable areas of the city.
The apartment is about 500 metres from BTS Silom line Station of Chong Nonsi.
Attractions like Lumphini Park, Bangkok Chinatown, Siam Ma Boon Khrong Center (MBK), Vibrant Silom nightlife and main Shopping Malls are less than 3 km from the Condo. Brand new Empire Shopping Mall give you access to a well furnished supermarket just around the corner.

WOW! Absolutely wonderful, Loved my stay. Perfect sized apartment, the beds where so comfy, perfectly situated nothing too far from the apartment, BTS for easy travel, 7/11 just 5mins down the street and a cash-point right outside the gates. Pool on the 7th floor was awesome and not too busy easy to relax, and the restaurant did lovely food. Luca was great, excellent getting back to me, this was my first time booking through Airbnb and also my first time going to Bangkok, so i was a little nervous. Luca was very informative and introduced me to the lovely Teddy as it was him that was meeting me at the apartment. Bless his cotton socks Teddy even waited for me as my flight was the dreaded "Redeye" so i didn't arrive to the apartment until 1am, he showed me around the apartment, lets just say WOW to the view and beautiful at night. i just wished i could have stayed longer. I will most defiantly be back.
Fantastic 32nd floor apartment with everything required for a family. Wonderful views, Great hosts, and hotel concierge and staff couldn't be more helpful. In a great location 5mins walk from sky train. Special thanks to the cleaner and staff who helped our daughter who fell ill, she's much better now :-)
Where do I start the praise? Fantastic location, wonderful apartment, excellent communication. Checking in and out was a breeze. The apartment is just perfect. Spacious, tasteful, clean. Beds super comfortable. Loved the little touches too (fresh fruit, bottled water, etc.). Definitely worth booking!
Thanks to Danniie for the warm reception, the room was very nuce, for me bed is too soft. Address is located in the business district, although it is not as convenient as the business center, but it is very convenient to reach any place.
Danniie made us very welcome. A great place to arrive at after a long journey. Clean, well presented, modern and a great panoramic view across the Bangkok skyline. The building staff were helpful and welcoming and the pool area is an aesthetically pleasing antidote to the Bangkok bustle. Hope to return one day. Great value.

Great location due to proximity of train station and easy access to good restaurants and shopping. Wonderful view, relaxing pool area. No hassles exchanging keys and staff in building were very helpful.
