This is the ultimate luxury for a holiday rental on the Mediterranean coast. Wake up to views of the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean & the golden sandy beach of Campello from the comfort of your own bed. Indulge in luxury bedding, state-of-the art shower room & kitchen, terrace (now heated and with glazing for further winter comfort and child safety) with sofas & breathtaking sea views. And as if that isn't enough, just walk out on to the promenade & beach or relax around the tropical pool set in the very grounds of the apartment. If you are in to sports, this is your paradise. Work out at the private gymnasium, have a go at squash, play tennis in the private tennis courts or even 5 aside football. Or for something more leisurely, have fun at the private mini-golf course, enjoy a drink at the private bar or have a barbecue by the pool in tropical surroundings. And if you have children, there is no better place to be. Your children can play safely in the children's swimming pool, outdoor or indoor play area whilst you relax in the bar, (but please be aware that the complex observes Spanish Siesta and the pool is closed from 3.30pm each day for a couple of hours.)

About Jolyon Potter

We are an older couple who have enjoyed holidays with our children in this lovely resort over many years. We are looking forward to spending more time in Campello with our grandchildren and periods during the winter months when the weather is mild and there is still plenty to do and see.

Why Jolyon Potter chose El Campello

We chose this property because of its proximity to Alicante airport with direct flights from the North-East of England. It has excellent transport links which means that after a life time of driving all over Europe for holidays we no longer need to worry about having a car. There is a Lidl supermarket within five minutes walk and a larger Mercadona within ten minutes walk. The beach is in front of the apartment and any number of bars and restaurants along the esplanade. Evenings are a real joy strolling along the beach front trying to decide which bar, or restaurant you will try next.

What makes this apartment unique

A few minutes stroll from the flat into the crystal clear waters of the Med. Need we say more. Oh, and plenty of activity for the children in the gated compound of the development in the summer months.

There is a100mb download fibre optic feed allowing for streaming speed internet, WiFi and a full UK channel TV package and some other EU channels.

Another lovely summer holiday with the grandchildren. El Campello continues to flourish. There have been a few modifications to the apartment in response to guests' suggestions. We have installed ceiling fans in the bedroom to help keep cool without the a/c running all night. There are new light fittings to the living/dining area and a new washing machine.

Earlier this year there was a complete change of the Amanecer Commune committee with a new very dedicated lady chair. The committee had been concerned that the complex was not being maintained as well as it could be and have undertaken to ensure better maintenance of the building and grounds. I can't say I noticed a lot wrong myself, other than the swimming pool was late in opening this year. However, during a sometimes rowdy four hour AGM meeting, they showed us numerous photographs of chipped walls, un-cultivated garden plots and poorly maintained sports facilities, which they vowed to put right in the coming year.

Our favourite restaurants continue to be Asia Li across the road for consistent quality of food, service and excellent value. For that one gourmet meal treat during the holiday in Campello we returned once again to Bourgognon on the seafront. The menu must be one of the most confusing I have ever tried to understand, but the cooking was first class, if, as you would expect, pricey. Very disappointed, I'm sorry to say, with Seis Perlas. It continues to be a hit, or miss experience for us, particularly during High Season. However, we have had lovely meals there in the autumn.

We are indebted, as always, to Phil and Falconery for their professional maintenance of the apartment and guest relations. It is practically a full time job now that the apartment is demand throughout the year. We have deliberately not responded to the devaluation of Sterling by trying to increase rental prices as we would much rather the apartment is occupied throughout the year. Long winter bookings are increasing in popularity. There is already a confirmed booking for 2018/19!

We are equally indebted to you, our lovely guests, who by choosing El Campello help to keep the local economy thriving. I can tell you, it is greatly appreciated by the locals who do their utmost to keep the footpaths and the beach clean and secure. I hope that we may welcome you to El Campello, or back again if you are contemplating a return. Thank you!

The property is managed for us by an expatriat Englishman and his Colombian wife who live close by in Busot and are on hand to meet and greet, or help with any enquiries you may have during your stay. We are able to arrange taxi transfers to and from Alicante airport at competitive rates, making a car unnecessary.

Excellent Stay.

Had an amazing stay and would 100% recommend. We stayed here as a party of 6 adults. The apartment was lovely and clean and also has everything you need including chairs and umbrella for the beach. We were shown around by Phil who answered all questions we had. Its within walking distance to all the local restaurants as well as the beach, and Lidl is only a few minutes walk away. So was a perfect location for a nice relaxing break away!

Had another fantastic time in the apartment, doesn't disappoint, home from home, but with a view of the sea and sandy beach which is right outside the apartment, 5 minute walk to bars and restaurants and plenty of them to choose from. Will be back 😃

Having just returned from a weeks holiday staying at the above venue, what a great apartment. The owners have supplied everything anyone could need to make there stay excellent.

A wonderful 3 double bedroomed and 2 bathroom place. The main bedroom overlooks the sea, as does the balcony with its glass cover if needed. Well equipped kitchen and living room.

This apartment should not be missed. Go for it!

Fantastic Appartment !!!!

Beautiful apartment at the end of a long promenade . Large and airy , very clean with everything one would require . Balcony is glass enclosed therefore giving you another room with a fantastic sea view . We were met and shown around the apartment by Phil who also answered any questions .The whole block was clean and well looked after as was everywhere we went in El Campello . Lovely pool which because it was November we did not use but would imagine it to be well used during the hot summer months . The beach was clean and sandy , no pebbles and only a few shells !!

Plenty of choice of places to eat , with Spanish , Italian , Chinese , Indian and English food all available .

I would recommend La Toscana where we spent 2 enjoyable evenings with excellent food and lovely staff , also Asia Li where again we had 2 evening meals at a very reasonable cost . Dawat was an Indian restaurant which we found in a street running parallel to the promenade and the meal there was great .

There is a local Lidl and other supermarkets for all supplies .

All in all as a group of 4 we had a very relaxing holiday and I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in El Campello , and we would definitely stay here again in the future .

Perfect apartment

As af former Owner of an apartment one store below we found the condo in perfect condition like the rest of the complex - amenecer - so clean and Well maintained.

This luxury apartment is set in the most stunning location. Walk straight out on to Campello's beautiful seafront and promenade lined with palm trees or enjoy relaxing on the golden sand of Campello's 6km-long beach.
