About the property

Stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the center of town. Two bedrooms, AC, internet.

Albaida 1 has a central location at Torrecilla beach. The penthouse apartment has two balconies, one facing east and one facing south. The views are absolutely stunning over the Mediterranean Sea and the Torrecilla beach.

Two bedrooms, both with two single beds in each. A bathroom with shower and washing machine.

A well-equipped kitchen so you can cook if you want it. Also available dishwasher in the kitchen. The floor plan kitchen / lounge area is partially open. A living room with glass doors out to the south balcony. Mediterranean views even from inside the apartment, through the glass doors!

A new 48 inch TV with 300 free TV channels and SVT World * = Swedish channel abroad. DVD and some movies are also available there.

* SVT World stops to send the 30 / 4-2017! We know the current situation is not how we will replace it!

Internet is included in the rent and password and SSID for Router / WiFi is on the underside of the router in the apartment. There is an ADSL-based Internet access with speed of around 8-10 Mbps download. No data limit! But we can never guarantee a certain speed or function, then it is beyond our control.

There are two elevators in the building and a staircase!

There are ground-floor garden with lawns that belong to the association; Albaida 1, and a large pool!

You can also go up on the large communal roof terrace, bring a chair and a book and enjoy the sun all day!

It is installed AC / Heating in both bedrooms and the lounge / kitchen. It is included in the rent under the new rent law in 2016 in Andalusia.

There are numerous restaurants in the immediate area. Even supermarket within walking distance.


30% of the rental amount is due within a week of the reservation is made permanent.

The final payment, ie 70% of the total amount, to be paid no later than 8 weeks before the rental period begins.

During winter hire and we can certainly find a solution where both parties are happy!

Payment: Payment to our account at Deutsche Bank in Nerja, with a foreign payment. in EURO. Can be done from your online banking in Sweden.

The apartment and the prices are valid for up to four people. In addition, you can be five people, then we have a guest bed of a little simpler character. Then also the 5th bed linen and towels for indoor use. Supplement 50 E / weekly. At the monthly rent is the addition of the fifth person: 100 euros per month.

For 57 E per week, you can also get rent cot and high chair, incl. delivery and removal. But the linens then not.

There are lots of restaurants and cafeterias around when it is right in the center, a stone's throw from the beach and 5 minutes walk to the Balcon de Europa. Really gold position in other words!

Fin lägenhet med fantastisk utsikt

Fin och ljus lägenhet högst upp i huset med fantastisk utsikt. Nära till den bästa stranden Torrecilla tycker vi. Inte så mycket folk där och en fin strandpromenad. Många bra restauranger i närheten som tex Vitaliana, Petit Paris och thai-restaurangen Lan Sang.

Bra kan bli bättre

Välstädad och bra utrustad med tillbehör. Fin utsikt och jättebra med närheten till strand och pool.

Borde finnas två uppsättningar nycklar. På grund av värmen kunde inte stora balkongen nyttjas då markis saknas - en stor brist. Den lilla balkongen är oanvändbar på grund av AC-anläggningen. Varför inte sätta anläggningen på väggen som många grannar gjort?

I presentation anges att det är svårt med parkering i Nerja. Varför inte ange det kommunala parkeringsgaraget eller de andra offentliga parkeringarna (koordinater)?

Droppstensgrottorna med cave-train rekommenderas! Även Competa är sevärt.

Fantastiskt boende med bra läge

Vår familj på 5 personer spenderade en vecka i denna fantastiskt fina lägenhet.

Vi är helnöjda med vår vistelse och kommer absolut tillbaka till Nerja

Lägenheten kändes väldigt fräsch. Rent och städat.

Balkongen med dess utsikt går nog inte att överträffa.

Bra kök fint badrum.

Poolområdet var också jättetrevligt.

Otroligt bra service från uthyraren från första kontakt.

Finns egentligen bara 1 minus och det var sängarna i det stora sovrummet som var otroligt hårda.....

Tack för en fantastisk vistelse i Er lägenhet.

Bostad med förnämligt läge både i Nerja och i huset. Havet, busslinje, krogar och affärer nära.

Nerja är en trevlig, levande liten stad med stort utbud, t o m kulturhus med flamenco mm. Vi genomkorsade Andalusien med dess berömda städer och fantastiska bergsnatur och blev imponerade. I närområdet finns en av höjdpunkterna, grottorna Cuevas de Nerja. En del turistinformationer varnar för trafiken men den är ok och med en befriande distans till parkeringsregler. Bostadsområdet är lugnt trots dess närhet till allt och läget högst i huset bidrar till att trafik m m inte stör. Lägenheten är ren och bra med fungerande vitvaror mm. Värmepumpen/AC fungerar, den matas med € - mynt ( vi hyrde i feb). Alicia, portvakt och vaktmästare, talar hyfsad engelska. Som helhet klart fyra stjärnor, (men beteckningen " Penthouse" är i ärlighetens namn inte korrekt, ett riktigt penthouse finns på taket ovan lägenheten). Om vi hyr igen i Nerja återvänder vi gärna till denna bostad.

On the floor 7 of 7 so you have a fantastic view over the Mediterranean from the apartment. Yet, you are almost in the town of Nerja!

It takes seven minutes to walk to the Balcon de Europa. Dozens of restaurants on the street below. Torrecilla beach is just 150 m from the house! Visit the caves of Nerja, an attraction! Alhambra may also be worth seeing!

It is often possible to find no parking on the side streets, but a car is absolutely nothing you need, then location is prime and central.

Nerja is an old fishing village with an authentic Andalusian atmosphere and the city is never empty of people when the city first, many residents, and is a tourist town year round. The subtropical climate helps its popularity and the genuine Spanish remains.

Walking in the narrow streets and visit any of the hundreds of restaurants from around the world.

The main beach is called Burriana and there you can go in about 20 minutes.

Hiking in the mountains, or snorkel at one of the cliffs that reach out into the sea. Go skiing in the morning in the Sierra Nevada, swim in the sea in the afternoon, the choice is yours.
