About the property

Beautiful and quiet home in the northern part of the island of Ibiza

The house is situated on a family farm of more than 200 years old, growing almond, carob and fig trees of 75000 m2 in Sant Llorenc de Balafia, 20 minutes from Ibiza Town and 10 minutes from the best beaches island, enjoyed the tranquility of the countryside overlooking the beautiful valley of morna.

Access to the house is by a west facing terrace overlooking the living room.

The house has kitchen with table and a terrace with access to the pool, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, refrigerator, blender, juicer, blender)

Living room with terrace and exit to the pool, has air conditioning, a chaise longe sofa, fireplace and table with 6 chairs.

A double room with 90 beds wardrobes and air conditioning in both, a separate bathroom with shower; a room with bed 180 with bathroom (bath) and dressing room, TV and air conditioning and two rooms with beds of 150 both equipped with wardrobes and air conditioning

In the garden there is a terrace area with table and chairs for 8 people and another for relaxation 1 hammock hanging in the pool area are 4 sun loungers with cushions and 2 chairs.

The house has alarm, wifi, linens and bath towels.

loved it, perfect in every way

We shared the house with 3 different families, 9 people in total (4 kids).

The pool and the outdoor space are the highlight of course. The house worked so well for all concerned. We would definitely book it again. It is the perfect getaway from the busy coastal areas and provides tranquil respite, even in the busiest part of the season. The central location allows access to all sidces of the island in only a short time. Both the manangers and the owners were very helpful and responded to any query and request with haste, providing excellent service. The kids were particularly fond of the babysitter they found for us. Thank you Juan and Marie (owner) and Javier (manager).We would recommend this lovely home in a flash - Book it now!

Lovely Villa, would love to go back!

We were a family of 5 the youngest being 16 and had a lovely time at this villa. Jose the owner is lovely and was always very helpful and quick to resolve any issues. (we had a problem with the water after a really bad thunder & lightning storm)

The villa is very well laid out and spacious. All the rooms were well equipped with plenty of wardrobe space in the bedrooms. The master bedroom has it's own dressing area next to the en-suite which was brilliant. The bathrooms were a good size and the showers were good with plenty of hot water. The washing machine is in the family bathroom which worked well but there is no dryer as stated in the particulars (unless we just couldn't work it out) The kitchen has Bosch appliances for cooking and a full size fridge/freezer and everything you would need in the cupboards. The water has a filtration system on it so can be drunk straight from the tap, so no need to be lugging big bottles of water back from the supermarkets! The lounge/dining area is very spacious but we never really used this area as we always sat outside.The outside area is also very spacious and the table and chairs are under cover so mostly always in the shade. My daughters favourite place to relax was in the hammock, very comfortable! The pool was lovely, usually really warm unless you had a cloudy day which made it a bit cooler. There is pool equipment handy to scoop out any bugs or debris from the nearby trees.

The villa is situated away from the busier towns (car essential) so it is mostly quiet and relaxing. The road outside can get quite busy and be quite noisy at times (rush hour, if there is such a thing in Ibiza!) but this didn't bother us.There is a reasonably sized supermarket about 10 minutes away for any supplies needed.

The only negative thing I can say for me was that the bed linen wasn't changed during our 14 night stay and there were no spare sheets provided to change it yourself.

I loved this villa and would definitely come back again.


Jose has a couple of dogs on the property to protect the villa and surrounding land but they were not a problem at all. They hardly ever barked and don't come into the villa area. Jose stops by early every day to feed them.

Not sure if this property would be suitable for young children as there is free access to the pool and no barrier between the area where the dogs are kept.

Also, particulars are a bit confusing for items stated "Outside" most of these things are not available.

Merveilleux endroit !

Le propriétaire est absolument charmant et disponible.

C'est beaucoup plus beau que sur les photos.

La maison est en excellent état, comme neuve et très bien équipé.

Le patio, le jardin, la piscine vous aspire au repos en toute sérénité.

La villa est au calme au milieu de la campagne, dépaysement garanti.

La literie est très confortable et la climatisation fonctionne à merveille.

Il faut absolument avoir une voiture de location.

À 2 minutes en voiture,il y a plusieurs merveilleux restaurant avec une excellente cuisine du terroir, que du bonheur.

Pour profiter de la vie nocturne, vous êtes à 20 minutes de tous les meilleurs clubs d'ibiza.

Pour nous cette localisation est l'idéal car vous êtes au calme est à 15 minutes de toutes les activités de l'ile.
