Casa Jardin is Privately Owned. I am the Property Manager. Not yet able to retire, I brought my years of working experience with me and am incorporating those into my Costa Rica life by working through the internet. I now property manage and rent several condominiums/villas at San Buenas Golf Resort where I live, and many other houses in the neighboring communities of Uvita, Pinuela, Ojochal, and Chontales. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies/Criminology from the University of Maryland, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University, and a Real Estate License from the State of Maryland. I have worked in large corporations, with high net worth individuals as their personal assistant/manager, and have owned my own businesses for over 30 years. I excel in merging my life experiences and professional skills with the opportunity to help other individuals, as well as small and large businesses. This unit is on the main floor but tucked away visually. The design directs the breezes through the unit all day so you rarely use the air conditioner. It is close to the other building and the community pool but affords enough privacy that you can choose whether to be a part of the many social activities or not.

San Buenas is a gated community, less than 3k off the main Constenara. Our Village has two small grocery stores where almost all amenities can be purchased. No 4x4 is needed. It is very quiet, with mostly nature noises. Toucans, Sloths, Parrots, McCaws, and Howler Monkeys usually appear at some point during your visit.
