About this property

The house is located in a very quiet small development ideal for family vacations. It has 3 bedrooms (2 with a double bed and 1 with bunk beds), a shower room, 2 separate WCs, a living-dining room and an open kitchen. Outside a large wooden terrace and a garden with an olive tree, 1 lemon tree and a vine.
The house is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, 4 gas hobs, 1 microwave oven, TV, 1 gas BBQ, with a plancha, a large garden table (8 places).
The city center is a 5 minute walk. You will find all the nearby shops and its Mediterranean market every Thursday and Sunday morning.
The beach is 5 km away. A cycle track allows you to go there by bike safely.
Animals are accepted in the house except in the bedrooms.

tres bon séjour

Seul bémol : le couchage. Le matelas de la chambre donnant sur la terrasse, commence a être fatigué. Sinon calme appréciable et la proximité des commerces, de la plage.

Very Nice!

Location and Property is great. Enjoyed the stay very much. Everything is within short drives, i.e. beach, groceries, cities to visit, exploring the area, restaurants in walking distance. Great patio and garden, including fresh lemons from the lemon tree! Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing time!

Maison agréable et chaleureuse

Maison plus grande que ce que l'on voit sur l'annonce, bien équipée, fonctionnelle, agréable et confortable. Glaçons préparés à notre arrivée, jus de fruit pour les enfants ! Pleins de rangements pour les affaires.... Bref très bon séjour, juste une étoile de retirée pour la propreté, car moutons sous les lits, frigo mal nettoyé tiroir de la salle de bain avec cheveux, poiles et poussière partout même dans les armoire....Mais cela ne nous a pas géné et ne nous empéchera pas de revenir tellement le gîte était bien, un petit coup de chiffon dans les armoires et tiroir de salle de bain et cétait bon ! Espace vert pour promener les chiens à 2 min et grande aire de jeux pour les enfants et ados à 6 min à pied. Bef d'excéllentes vacances dans ce gîte.
