Leu Naomi2, a coral pearl near the lagoon of Saint-Leu !!!

This is a brand new T2 of 55.41 m² fully furnished that was delivered in late 2017. It has a capacity of 4 people. The accommodation also has a private parking space in the basement with an automatic gate and a personal beep. It is located in Saint-Leu 100 meters from the beach with a veranda overlooking the sea. It has a room of more than 14 m² with a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and two bedside tables equipped with lamps. It has been built to RTAADOM standards and disabled standards. As a result, the accommodation benefits from good ventilation, 3 ceiling fans, a large bathroom, and facilities for people with reduced mobility. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen (furniture + sink + hob + oven + hood + microwave + fridge). It is located on the second floor of a secure residence of 12 apartments with digital code at the entrance, not far from the Gendarmerie Saint-Leu.

Around the rental you will find:

Kelonia, a sea turtle farm 5 minutes by car. The Stella Matutina museum, about sugar cane growing in Reunion Island, 10 minutes by car.

LoisiBike, a provider of mountain bikes and electric bikes, for rent, purchase or repair at 50 meters. A secure bike path nearby (more than 10 km). Walking to the city center on foot, the first bakery is 5 minutes, the Total gas station 3, a Hammam SPA 6, a mini market Vival Casino 7 minutes open on Sunday. And all along the main avenue of pizzerias, caterers, sandwich shops, restaurants within 10 minutes walk.

A seafront accessible on foot in 2 minutes with possibility to walk there by bike, to do beach volleyball or football and a skate park in front of the gendarmerie. You also have, right next to a park with games for the little ones.

On the seafront a little further (10 minutes walk) free music shows occur every weekend at the end of the day at the Rondavelle (sort of resto-bar) near the port of Saint-Leu or near the spot Surf.

In the port of Saint-Leu you will find diving clubs that will offer discovery trips of the lagoon for young and old.

In the months of July and August during our southern winter period you will have the opportunity to watch whales and their calves closely.

You also have the opportunity to paraglide all year round, the clubs are usually next to the marine farm Kelonia.

The opening hours of the Artisanal Market of Saint-Leu: Tuesday to Saturday from 9:30 to 18:30 / Sunday from 9:00 to 13:00 at 112 rue du General Lambert.

You also have, every Saturday morning a fairground market from 6:00 am in the space of "December 20" in front of the town hall of Saint-Leu.

By car, L'Etang-Salé-Les-Bains, the next village (to the south) is less than 10 minutes, there is a beautiful black sand beach and a large water park with several slides. In the same town 5 minutes away you can also visit a wildlife park called CrocPark. A few meters from this park you have a golf for amateurs and professionals. And still in this same town you will find a bike path suitable for small children along the seaside and secured by gates. With, still not far, the possibility of renting all types of bicycles.

Reunion is world famous for its active volcano southeast, its beaches to the west and south, hiking in the wilderness, waterfalls in the east and also for its cultural and religious interbreeding.

Un séjour inoubliable sur l'île intense

Nous avons sejourné avec ma copine 17 jours à st Leu. L'appartement est neuf, spacieux et très bien équipé. La terrasse est très agréable avec vue sur la mer. A côté du lagon de st Leu. Proches de toutes commodités.

Michel est un propriétaire très sympathique, disponible et attentionné qui a répondu avec plaisir à nos questions.

Je recommande cette location sans hésitation. Encore merci à toi Michel.

Vous avez su profiter de toutes les commodités qu'offre l'appartement, les bars et restaurants aux alentours et les activités à proximité comme la plongée, le parapente, les concerts gratuits tous les week-ends... Belle expérience

Très bel appartement, fonctionnel, propre. Idéal pour 2 mais un peu petit pour 4 je pense.

Accueil sympa.

Agréable de pouvoir faire la lessive.

Logement pratique et tout confort

Michel a été un hôte très arrangeant et disponible. Son logement est très bien situé par rapport à la plage, au centre-ville, ainsi qu'à la route des Tamarins. De plus, l'appartement dispose de tous les atouts pour y passer d'agréables moments !

Notre séjour s'est plus que bien passé et nous recommandons cet hôte sans hésitation.

Cet appartement est neuf, meublé avec un style contemporain,sécurisé, avec box pour véhicule

Accueil chaleureux par Michel d.abord. La résidence est moderne dans un quartier sympa, belle terrasse avec vue sur l.océan. Une promenade arborée à 100 m en bord de mer conduit au centre ville très animé ( restos commerces) et permet de s’ adonner à tous autres sports par sa piste cyclables piétonne ou rejoindre les sentiers côtiers où sites montagneux rapidement Super séjour
