Romantic, family villa with 2 double bedrooms and private, secluded pool

This sunny, private villa is situated in a quiet, mature, residential area in the heart of Malaga province. Boasting its own unshared private, secluded pool, sun terraces and gardens, the villa is ideal for a family summer holiday and equally ideal for a romantic get-away. It has a large balcony giving panoramic views of the mountains and sea and is just a 10 minutes walk to the beach. With views of the sea from the balcony you can have a romantic meal on the terrace while the family can sit and relax around the sunny, secluded, private pool area. Being just a stroll away from the local railway station, it is ideally positioned to explore both the Costa and 'real' Spain.

Location: Located just 25 minutes from Malaga Airport, the villa is situated in a quiet, mature complex that stretches from the beach back into the hills.

The views from the villa are magnificent. In one direction you can look up into the hills and the while-walled village of Benalmadena Pueblo. In the other, the blue seas of the Mediterranean stretch out in front of you.

With just a 5 minute walk to the local railway station and a 10 minute walk down the the beach, it is difficult to imagine anywhere more ideally positioned.

The Villa: The large terraces and the private swimming pool are the first things that greet our guests. Open the front door and you look into the spacious lounge with marble floors and high ceilings complete with huge picture window and large balcony looking down to the sea. Downstairs are the two double bedrooms each equipped with ceiling fan and external blinds which keep them cool for those hot summer evenings.

With gardens walled to give total privacy, visitors can relax in tranquil surroundings while access to the local tennis club with floodlit courts, large swimming pool and world class golf courses are only minutes away.

The Urbanisation: At the entrance to the urbanisation there are several beach bars and restaurants. There is a mini-market, a cafe, a car hire company as well as real-estate offices in front of the newly opened International English School. Further back is the local railway station servicing the coast from Malaga via the airport through to Fuengirola - it is even possible to take a series of trains all the way from London to the urbanisation - one of our clients did! Besides the station there is a small road that travels up into the hills to the village of Benalmadena Pueblo which offers stupendous views over the coastal plain as well as a small restaurant on nearly every corner.

The villa was perfect for a family holiday with all the required amenities. The location is perfect for enjoying peace and quiet yet easy to travel to Benalmadena for all the tourist attractions, restaurants and bars.

The villa is ideal for those without a car. The owner is very accommodating and communicative (as is the property manageress).

We could not have asked for more and look forward to returning.

Our perfect family holiday - a real find.

This area of Spain is so beautiful and the setting of the villa is perfect. It is extremely private around the pool and on the terrace and brilliant for those of you with children who enjoy jumping in and out all day while you read, relax and sunbathe. The villa is well equipped, spacious and has an extremely large balcony with lovely views down towards the sea - perfect for lunch. Just around the corner is the train station which provides a cheap and reliable service up and down the coast from Malaga to Fuengirola. If you don't feel like venturing too far from the villa, Torremuelle has some very good restaurants and a small supermarket. I would gladly recommend this property to friends as long as they didn't want to go when we do!!! We have ensured that we get the weeks we want next year and rebooked which I think sums up what we felt was our perfect family holiday.

Excellent location with beautiful views

This villa is exactly as stated. Walking distance to beach and train station. Property was well maintained, clean and spacious. The owner was extremely helpfull with a generous welcome pack of groceries much appreciated as we came in on late flights. It's a peaceful location with lovely views, we didn't hire a car as my 11 year old was happy to stay around the pool during the day, we took the train most evenings to nearby towns - train runs to Malaga or fuengirola. Cable cars well worth a trip also sea world meet the dolphins. Late shopping trip to Malaga! I would definatelty recommend this villa as a great location. Travelled late October and temperatures were in the mid 20's.

Nice touches including a food welcome pack.

Taxi had some trouble finding the location but once arrived the accommodation was very comfortable.

Villa is in a quiet residential setting with a 10 minute walk down to the beach. There is group of restaurants down near the main hotel and supermarket that serve a variety of Spanish/English food that should met all tastes. Other restaurants are within walking distance (20 minutes) along the coast towards Malaga.

Train service and proximity to the other resorts are from Torremuelle Station that is a five minute walk from the villa, plus ticket machines have a multilingual facility.

Great place to relax but also if you want to make short journeys accessible to hectic Spanish nightlife.

Lovely villa

We've stayed here a number of times now but never tire of the setting and location. It's a lovely villa well set out with great outside space - very sunny pool area on one side, shaded terrace with sea views on the other. Well maintained and always immaculately clean on arrival it's a great place for lazy days in but also being so close to the train and bus a perfect location from which to explore the local resorts such as Fuengirola, Torremolinos and Benalmadena. Malaga too is well worth a visit. There is also a beach, several restaurants and a couple of small supermarkets within walking distance and if you're a more adventurous walker then the walks along the sea front to Benalmadena and Fuengirola are excellent. We've booked again for next year and we're looking forward to it already.

Lovely , clean villa in quiet location

Lovely villa close to beach , bars and restaurants. Railway station 5 mins away which goes to Malaga airport so a car is not really needed. Small supermarkets, bakery and bus stops also close . In summary a lovely location and one I'm sure you will want to go back to .

The most perfect week

From start to finish our week at this amazing villa was just fantastic. Walking through the gate on arrival and glancing at the glorious sun drenched, very private, patio with the loveliest swimming pool was a delight. Entering the villa to find the fridge stocked with milk, water, wine, bread, butter, ham, cheese and juice was a lovely surprise and meant we didn't have to venture out straight away to stock up. The villa itself is perfect, a lovely spacious lounge with all mod cons and a full bookcase, a good size balcony with table and chairs and a superb view out to sea. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, even kitchen roll, clingfilm and foil and a handy cupboard in hall which contents included a handy laundry basket and a shopping trolley, very useful for trips to supermarket! Downstairs two lovely bedrooms, both with fans which made for a comfortable, cool night's sleep. The bathroom is a good size, very modern, and the shower is powerful. We didn't spend much time indoors as days and evenings were spent in the pool and on the patio, relaxed to the max. We had a wander to the little bar down by the bottom supermarket a few times, a very nice landlord from Dorset, and snacks were good there. I would highly recommend a stay at this villa to anyone who wants a get away from it all 100% relaxed holiday. Myself and my daughters will definitely be returning. Also was very impressed with correspondence from owner, always available to answer any questions and help with making the holiday run smoothly.

Torremuelle is a quiet residential area situated on the coast midway between Torremolinos and Fuengirola. It is just 20 minutes from Malaga Airport. Torremuelle has its own railway station on the line from Malaga via the airport to Fuengirola. In fact the proximity of the railway station and the local bus services has meant that the majority of our clients do not hire a car.

Within the area there is a small supermarket, several cafes, bars and restuarants.

Golf: With an excellent 18-hole course at Torrequebrada (tel: +34 95 2442742) only 5 minutes away, and a choice of 30 other courses within one hour's drive you are ideally situated to make the most of your golfing holiday. The year round sun and easy day trips to such famous places as Granada, Gibraltar, Seville, Ronda and Cordoba make this area perfect for your holiday, golfing or not.
