Upscale Architect Villa with breathtaking views of the sea, the Port and the Marina.
The viewpoint is ideal for seeing the Ferries broom going in and out of the port. What will delight young and old!

This Design Villa has been specially designed for seasonal rentals with quality services: comfort and tranquility will be there!
It is located between the Old Port and the new Port de Plaisance. Both are accessible directly on foot in less than 5 minutes.

New Design Villa of 105 m² with 1 floor on 1000 m² of land, without joint ownership:
The 45m² living room is widely open to the sea with a 5-meter bay; equipped kitchen, dining room for 6 people, 6-seater lounge with 160cm LED TV and Bose home cinema. WIRELESS.
The living room is also open to the maximum on a 25m² furnished terrace;
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms with 3 private bathrooms, Italian shower 120 * 90; 160 * 200 bed with quality bedding. Possibility to separate a 160 bed into 2 * 80.
Entrance hall, WC and storeroom.

A deposit of 1500 euros will be requested on arrival uncashed when handing over the keys by check for French or in cash for foreigners.

Interesting modern house

We stayed in Mickaels lovely house in Roscoff lots to see and do,the pretty town centre is near the house, lovely beaches very near close by and it is easy to explore around the area by car.

Séjour irréprochable

Maison très agréable à vivre, bien agencée, très bien située. Nous l’avons quitté à regret, on s’y sent bien par tous les temps ce qui est important en Bretagne. La vue mer du salon est magnétique. Merci Mickael d’avoir contribué à la réussite de nos vacances.

Très beau sejour

Maison moderne avec tout le nécessaire. L’accueil est chaleureux et les instructions pour l’électroménager sont claires. La vue est splendide. Ménage ok. Parking pour les voitures (nous avions deux voitures). Bon séjour familial avec enfants qui étaient ravis de voir les gros bateaux. Merci au propriétaire.
