Tina P purchased this villa in 2010
Very nice property, good location, quiet, private and a great pool. The property manager was also very pleasant and helpful.
This villa is absolutely stunning. We enjoyed the views and the privacy. You can't walk to the beach but it is very very close by. The villa was very clean and well maintained. All the comforts of home. I would recommend this property to all my friends and family. We did a lot of research and finally decided on this property. We made the right decision. There are many attractions in the area and Tina is very informative and helpful with any questions regarding the area. We were lucky enough to meet the owner and he was very delightful and also very helpful with suggestions regarding dining and local activities. The best part of the villa are the views.... more than breathtaking. It is more than you can imagine...no words to describe the magic. Thank you so much to both for a very lovely stay and we would love to come back next year!
We organised a family reunion somewhere we would all have easy and affordable access to (Pescara's Rayanair Airport just 20 minutes away from the house). The house seats on the top of a hill surrounded by olive trees, with awesome 180°views over the sea and the southern Adriatic coast.
The hosts were extremely welcoming and efficient always available for recomendations.
We had a wonderful time spending most of our days sitting by the pool and visiting near by beaches. San Vito is a lovely coastal town full of great and extremely cheap restaurants. Lobster, cod, pasta alle cozze...you name it!!
Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy a relaxing, 5 star holiday by the shores of the Adriatic. We are definitely coming back!!
We stayed here for week last summer and it was a great choice. We really enjoyed the accommodations as there was plenty of space for relaxation without feeling cramped. The home has a nice open layout that allowed us to have our space and also congregate for dinners or lunch as we liked. The porch was a great spot for eating our meals and had an amazing view. Did I mention the pool?? What a nice addition to have as we did not always want to go to the sea. The house was located close to the beach, the town of San Vito, and a short drive to Lanciano. It was a great place to stay and felt very "Italian" due to the surrounding olive trees. Overall, we would definitely recommend this house as it has all of the modern amenities one would want but allows you to escape into a memorable Italian holiday.
This is a stunning house in a stunning setting. Located on a hillside in the middle of an olive grove overlooking the Adriatic, the house is at the end of a gated road and completely private. We would have been perfectly content to have spent our entire vacation without ever leaving the house. This part of the Adriatic coast has not yet been discovered by foreign tourists and we considered this a huge plus. While the area’s attractions are more modest compared to the beaten tourist path, our needs were easily met by the numerous choices of restaurants, excellent ice-cream and local cafes that afford endless opportunities to sit and observe small town Italian life. There is a fabulous, huge modern supermarket approx 15 minutes away and very responsive owners, who provided detailed suggestions of restaurants and local attractions worth visiting.
