THE PALACE ROTONDE is an 225 square meters apartment with 4 bedrooms and on the top floor. It is located in a beautiful Art Deco style building "La Rotonde" designed by George Dikansky and classified as historical heritage of the twentieth century.

The apartment filled with personnality, is decorated with works of art telling the story of countless travels.

The apartment offers a clear and relaxing view of the greenery of the Alsace-Lorraine garden and a glimpse of the sea that you can reach in a few minutes on foot. You can have a drink on the long balconies that border the contour of the whole apartment. The apartment is a call to relaxation with its spacious living room divided in 2 parts and its vast billiards room (the pool table was crafted for Nina Ricci). Each room exposes numerous and rare collectibles that give the apartment a charming and atypical atmosphere.

The whole apartment is air-conditioned (except one bedroom).

Three bedrooms that open onto the balcony make up the apartment. They all have King size beds with hotel quality mattresses. A 4th bedroom is at your disposal including a Queen size bed. The apartment contains 3 bathrooms, 2 of them have a bath. With its numerous rooms, the apartment is ideal for big families or groups of friends.

The apartment is on the 6th floor, which is the top floor. It has a free internet Wi-Fi connection by fiber optic.


The apartment is a few minutes away from the Promenade des Anglais and the beaches.

The proximity of the numerous restaurants of the rue de France and the shops of the famous Avenue Jean Médecin allow you to stroll and have fun.

A very vast room connected to the double living rooms, the dining room and the entrance and equipped with a pool table.

Master suite offering a King size bed, a TV, rare furniture (bedside tables, seats, mirror of even foot) and A/C.
You will also find an independent dressing room with window and a private bathroom including a double sink, a bath, a bidet, and a toilet
