About the property

Chic 3 bedroom apartment for 6 people located in the district of Gracia

The apartment located in one of Gràcia's neighborhoods, a few minutes away from Park Güell-one of Gaudi's famous masterpieces- offering some of the best views over Barcelona. It's a quite and peaceful area with very good public transportation.

It is located in a quiet residential area and has been fully refurbished and updated with all the latest appliances and amenities you may need. In a neighborhood close to the city center but quite and green. A perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day sightseeing.

The apartment has 75 m2 and consists of:

A living room with a 40 "smart TV, DVD player, sofa, and a dining room table big enough for 6 people.

3 bedrooms - 1 master bedroom with two twin beds, 1 doubleroom and one bedroom with a trundle bed. The master bedroom and the double bedroom can accommodate one single bed, or two beds that can be pushed apart. All the rooms face the exterior.

A complete bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen connected to a charming balcony with one table and two chairs.

Crib and high chair are available for infants. If needed, please let us know in the booking process.

Heating and air conditioning in the whole house and high speed Wifi connection.

Parking in the same building (no suitable for 8 seater cars). Ask for availability. The price per night of the parking is 10 euros.

Please note our apartment is on the 2nd floor with no lift.

The apartment is inscribed in The Catalan Tourism Registry under code HUTB - 012129

THE FOLLOWING CHARGES MUST BE PAID AT THE CHECK-IN:

- The tourist tax of 2. € 25 per night and per adult (over 16 years old) must be paid for a maximum of 7 nights. The apartment complies with all local regulations.

- The cleaning fees of € 65

- 10 euros per night for the parking, in case you need it.

Neighborhood

The apartment is located in the neighborhood in the north part of Gràcia, one of the most popular and vibrant districts in Barcelona. The center of Gracia is full of small, vibrant and winding streets and squares with cafes, restaurants, fresh food markets and boutiques.

The neighboorhood where the apartment is located is one of the highest found in town and one of the greenest in Barcelona, ​​including The Parc de la Creueta of Coll and Park Güell, two of the largest parks in the city. It's also close to the Tibidabo Mountain.

We are a 3 minute walk from the bus station and 5-7 minutes away from Vallcarca subway station (L3) which directly leads to many famous Barcelona landmarks in a short time (Paseo de Gracia, Catalunya, Las Ramblas, Drassanes, Paral. Lel , Poble Sec, Espanya ...)

There is also a taxi rank 3 minutes walk away

Beautiful Apartment

The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated with maximum functionality for visiting guests. It is located far enough away from busy streets to enjoy the quiet moments in the city. The Metro is a short distance away to connect you to the central features of the city. I highly recommend this apartment to any visiting guests – it was a wonderful place to begin our trip to Spain.

Wonderful apartment in a quiet neighborhood

We stayed in this apartment in June, and we loved it! We are a family of 5, and everyone had their own (very comfortable) bed. The apartment is very nicely decorated and is well maintained; it has a well-stocked kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning, and wi-fi for the kids. You can catch a bus in the corner, and the metro is around 6 minutes away. About the same distance to the metro, there is a grocery store in the corner, bakeries and a supermarket on the main street.

Marta was wonderful - she provided directions on how to use the buses and metro, and provided us with a map with possible places to visit. Prior to the visit, she provided us with recommendations on places to visit - heed her warnings to get the tickets in advance! :-)

This was our last apartment in our trip to Europe - and it was by far the best one. We will keep this apartment in our short list when we return. Thank you Marta!

Comfortable and excellent location

We had a great few days over Easter. Apartment is in a relatively quiet spot with ease of acess to metro system. A few stops into centre or walkable if you have more time.

Excellent apartment and hostess!

The property was exactly as described in the listing, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. The newly renovated apartment was nicely furnished, cozy, and conveniently-located. It is in a quiet residential area that was only a 7 minute walk to the metro. We wanted to live like locals and soak in the culture and history of Barcelona. This apartment was really perfect for our family of three. We enjoyed having our breakfasts on the patio's cheerful yellow bistro table. A quaint little grocery store was maybe 20 yards away from the apartment. Our son loved the fast wifi and smart TV, so he could stream his favorite cartoons. Marta is an exceptional hostess! She went out of her way to greet us upon arrival, in the middle of the night (late flight). She provided helpful tips, directions, and assistance throughout our trip. Our one week stay was not sufficient to experience everything in Barcelona. We would love to stay here again. Thank you, Marta!

Modern, clean, comfortable

We were very pleased with this VRBO. The only negative would be it isn't in the city. It is very close to Park Guell which was fantastic. Marta was very accommodating especially with early arrival & then a late checkout. It is close to a metro so traveling into heart of city isn't a problem...

Lovely Apartment in a Quiet Neighborhood

We had such a wonderful stay at Marta's apartment in Barcelona. The apartment was well represented in both the pictures and description on line. It was cozy but still very roomy for our family of five. We loved the location, a little off the beaten path. We felt that we were experiencing the Barcelona where locals live and not just the spots tourists visit. Also the apartment was a quick walk to a Metro stop that was easy to use and took you to all the popular attractions. Marta, the landlady, went above and beyond to help us. Before we arrived she sent me information about attractions we should see when we arrived, and wisely advised us to buy advance tickets. She even provided me the links to the website to buy tickets! She met us at the apartment and provided us with great information about the city. And as it turned out we ended up having an extra night in Barcelona and because this apartment was booked she let us stay in another apartment in the building so we didn't have to move to a hotel. Overall we had a wonderful experience and I would recommend this apartment to a friend.
