Sunny first floor, fully air-conditioned corner apartment with a choice of 2 swimming pools on a gated community with super roof terrace, tennis court, free WiFi and within easy walking distance to the fantastic beach!

Outside, the lovely terrace which overlooks the pool is furnished with a table and 4 chairs - perfect for breakfast or for relaxing with a drink in the evening as it is also lit at night!

The view from the balcony is lovely, across the pools and gardens. What a perfect place to have breakfast or lunch?

Moving inside, the sunny air-conditioned lounge, features a beamed ceiling and contains a large leather corner sofa, coffee table, ceiling fan, lamps, mirror and pictures. For your entertainment there is a 32' flat screen TV, (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels), DVD player, plus a selection of CDs, DVDs, games and paperbacks for your use during your stay and a music system. In addition, free WiFi throughout the apartment as well as a Guest Information File to help you make the most from your stay!

The bright and sunny air-conditioned dining area contains a dining table, 4 chairs, sideboard, wine rack and pictures.

The kitchen contains everything you would need on your family holiday, including oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, cafetiere, kettle and toaster, plus iron and ironing board in addition to a great selection of utensils. The back door from the kitchen leads to the spiral staircase and up to the roof terrace. BECAUSE OF THE SPIRAL STAIRCASE THIS PROPERTY IS NOT SUITABLE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN NOR THE ELDERLY.

The air-conditioned master bedroom, contains a double bed, bedside cabinets, lamps and a large mirror. This lovely room also overlooks the pool area. In addition there is a ceiling fan for your comfort as well as a double built in wardrobe containing a 4 drawer chest of drawers, a safe for your valuables and a handy hairdryer for your use during your stay, which saves on your packing! Plus there are some tennis racquets and balls for use on the tennis court.

The air-conditioned second bedroom features twin beds, bedside cabinet, lamp, pictures and a ceiling fan. In addition there is a double wardrobe with shelf. The bathroom for the property contains a bath (with shower over), WC, bidet and sink with marble topped surround and vanity unit. Over the basin is a mirror with lights above.

The spacious roof terrace features a dining table and 4 chairs, BBQ, and 4 sun loungers. In addition there is a large awning to be used if you require shade, plus the terrace is lit at night and there are lovely mountain views.

Part of the complex also features a tennis court which is included in the cost of your holiday!

A fantastic selection of bars and restaurants are just a 5 minute walk from this lovely apartment and the wonderful sand duned beach is just a 15 minute walk away - an absolutely great location for your summer holiday!

The villa was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The complex was lovely and quiet, the pool was very clean and to be able use the tennis court was great. The information provided on the website and in the property was really comprehensive and helped us enjoy our stay. Great beach nearby too. Overall we had a great break and would definitely recommend!

Great holiday

Just spent 2 great weeks at Mediterraneo 3. Andy was there to meet us when we arrived. The pools were kept nice and clean and used most days. The apartment and roof terrace were great. Would use Alicante Holiday Villas again.

A great stay

Very nice apartment in a quiet location. Everything as advertised. The Wi-Fi was very useful. The complex is clean and tidy and the pool is directly opposite. Some nice bars and restaurants close by. The beach is an easy 15 minute walk. Would come back.

Lovely lazy holiday

Great apartment directly opposite the pool so not far to walk to swim. The solarium was were we spent a lot of time just lazing in the warm sunshine. Inside there was everything we needed including comfortable beds and air-conditioning. Bars and restaurants are just a short walk away with the Carabassi beach just a bit further on. Thanks for a great holiday in a great apartment.

Exactly as described

Great property, exactly as described, well fitted out and spotless on arrival. The pool is just outside and the whole site is kept very clean. The beach is a bit of a walk but no hills and well worth a visit as we did every day. No issues at all. Also worth adding that the security deposit was returned promptly to my bank account.

Gran Alacant, where all our holiday rental villas and apartments are situated, is a residential area and therefore perfect for families – just a few miles south of the vibrant and beautiful city of Alicante and just to the north of the traditional Spanish seaside town of Santa Pola. Nestling in the hills above Alicante Bay, there are stunning views across to the city and the castle of Santa Barbara and northwards to the Crevillente mountains.

The few miles distance to the airport make Gran Alacant a particularly good place to stay as you can be in your holiday rental accommodation in less than an hour from landing and, because Gran Alacant is not on the flight path, there is no aircraft noise.

Gran Alacant is a mixture of villas, townhouses and apartments on a number of different Urbanisations, all with access to either private or communal swimming pools. The area is cosmopolitan with an interesting mixture of nationalities – mainly Spanish, British and Scandinavian – yet has a typical Spanish feel. This mixture is reflected in the bars and restaurants in the area. Spanish run tapas bars, fish restaurants and pizzerias mix happily with British owned bars and restaurants.

Gran Alacant has plenty to offer those looking for a relaxing holiday and also those looking for something a bit more active. With easy access to Alicante city and the excellent motorway network, there is plenty to see and do in the surrounding areas. Less than 40 minutes by car is the exciting Terra Mitica theme park just outside Benidorm. Also for children at Benidorm is the superb water park Aqualandia which is next to Mundomar sea life centre

Gran Alacant has six good quality supermarkets and many within walking distance of our holiday rental properties. As you would expect, Gran Alacant also has pharmacies, banks (all with cash machines), panaderias (bakers), heladerias (ice cream parlours), a video/DVD rental shop, internet cafes, hairdressers, nail bar, petrol station and car/scooter rental agencies.

Night life in Gran Alacant is low key with the emphasis on good food and good wine with more than 80 bars and restaurants to choose from. From simple snacks to the various menu del dias as well as superb Indian, Italian, Japanese and Chinese food – every taste is well and truly catered for, and at good prices as well! Please see our restaurant page for full listings. Nearby Santa Pola has a good selection of restaurants from simple tapas bars to the highly recommended Batiste by the quayside. Nearby, Alicante has numerous bars, restaurants and night clubs catering for its cosmopolitan clientele. Close to Gran Alacant and just five minutes by car, is the typically Spanish resort of Los Arenales del Sol. Facing onto miles of sand duned beaches, cleaned each day, Los Arenales is a popular weekend destination for people from Alicante and families from all over Spain have holiday homes here. In the resort are plenty of bars and restaurants, some with superb views of the sea and Alicante on the other side of the bay. During the spring and summer water sports of all types are available from the beach. For beach lovers, a lazy day at Los Arenales is highly recommended.

For walkers there are a number of clearly marked trails in the El Clot Nature Park in Gran Alacant. Birdwatchers will also enjoy following the trails as there are many species to be seen at all times of the year. A little further afield there is excellent walking near the Santa Pola lighthouse whose light can be seen most evenings from Gran Alacant.

Carabassi Beach, which is one of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca is on your doorstep and all the facilities you need are close at hand.

Gran Alacant is a superb choice for basing your stay on Spain’s glorious Costa Blanca. The immediate area has plenty offer the holidaymaker and is 20 minutes from all the attractions of the stylish city of Alicante.
