Our accommodation is located in a small residence, on the hillside, surrounded by manicured gardens.
This is a studio of 30 m2 with a loggia of 7m2 facing south west.
In summer, it is well shaded thanks to the roof overlay that covers it.
The apartment is on the 3rd and last floor, not overlooked.
From where a splendid 180 ° view on the bay of Cavalaire, the islands of Gold, the massif of the Moors, the countryside and the surrounding vines.
Access is via the covered corridor at the back of the building (parking side) and requires only one floor.
The location is ideal: 200 m from the market place, shops (bakeries, grocery stores, bars, restaurants, post office, etc ...), the tourist office, the municipal pool (heated to 29 ° C, free in May, June, September and October).
Close to the departure of the municipal shuttles (free) serving the 5 beaches of the town in season (from June 15 to September 15).
The Varlib bus stops at the same place and can reach the surrounding sites: Cavalaire (3 km), Cogolin and Grimaud port (8 km), St Tropez and St Maxime (15 km).
Another private pool is open from June to September. It is reserved for tenants of residences affiliated to AFUL of which we are part. It is free on presentation of a badge that we will give you on your arrival.
It has a restaurant with shaded terrace very nice. Weekly theme party.
2 private tennis courts are available under the same conditions, upon registration. They are open all year.
Our accommodation is broken down as follows:
An entry - corridor including, on the left, a storage cupboard (ironing board, vacuum cleaner, brooms, counter EDF ...) and a large double dressing room with wardrobe.
The bathroom: access from the entrance on the right. It has a basin with a large mirror, a cabinet and a storage column. Under the window overlooking the outdoor walkway is the bath. In front of it are the toilets.
The large living room is very bright and is divided into 2 spaces:
First, the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, 1 Senseo coffee maker, 1 filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and dishes in quantity. A table, 2 chairs and 2 stools.
Second, the living-sleeping area is equipped with 2 separate beds: a first bed, retractable, once closed, an integrated sofa; the bed is 140 (quality mattress).
The second bed is a trundle bed size 80 x 200. In the closed position, it can be used as sofa or as bed for one person. In the open position, it has a second mattress 80 x 200; the two mattresses are then at the same component level, if necessary, a second double bed.
During the day, the living room is a living space. Two low tables (housed under the shelves) are available at your convenience (games, drinks with friends, reading, etc ...).
In the south corner, the television is placed so as to be visible regardless of the place you occupied. It is complete with a DVD player. Many channels (free) are accessible through the satellite connection.
The living room opens directly onto the loggia by a sliding glass door that disappears completely into the wall. The loggia has its own table and 4 chairs. The view is breathtaking and the sunsets are beautiful in any season.
Outside the beach, which is reached in 30 minutes by the path of vines, many walks and hikes are available nearby or in the vicinity (coastal paths, Massif des Maures ...).
Not to mention the many local markets and summer events ...
Our home is equipped with new electric radiators and double glazing. It is comfortable in any season.
As we personally occupy at certain times, we are very attentive to its maintenance and comfort. Feel free to send us your comments and suggestions so that we can improve your next stay.
The cleaning fee is included for € 40 per stay, however the kitchen must be made clean, dishes made and stored, you have the household products available.
A deposit of 400 € by check will be requested on arrival. It will not be cashed and will be returned as soon as possible after your departure.
Outside July - August, if you want to arrive on Friday, you have to see directly with us by asking your question to know if there are possibilities.
For rentals between 1 October and 30 April, electricity consumption is 15 KW per day; beyond that the additional Kw for heating will be charged 0. 30 € per Kw.
