This spacious raised garden apartment forms the ground floor of a townhouse built at least 150 years, but was refurbished a few years ago. It is situated in a very quiet road close to all amenities and the main square. There are numerous restaurants and shops nearby. It has a lawned garden that runs the length of the building and a generous terrace, perfect for eating outside on. The town itself, apart from being full of interesting architecture, and history, has a number of high quality art galleries, and an international music festival during the summer months of July and August.

The beaches at Cala San Vicente and Poerto de Pollenca are within a ten minutes drive by car or by local bus. There are numerous walks in the area and the island is a haven for birdwatchers in the spring and autumn.

The apartment is a NON SMOKING one situated in a quiet residential area of the old town and we hope that visitors to the property will respect the fact and will act accordingly.

There is a small refundable deposit of £100 for the keys/cleaning and against possible breakages or damage.

To confirm the booking, a 30% deposit is required and the balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment can also be made by bank transfer to our Spanish Euro account. The property is booked from 14.00 PM on the day of arrival through to 10.00 AM on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for next arrivals. Enjoyable

We had a one week family trip to Pollenca and had a very beautiful stay in this apartment.

We were looking for an apartment with the following features: Big enough for a family, quite, pretty, garden or balcony, located in a town with walking distance to a lot of restaurants, equipped with all necessities for cooking. This was the perfect fit.

Pollenca itself is really beautiful and has a pretty little old town. Also the location on the island is perfect, all beaches at the east coast are reachable by car within short time and the beautiful north is very close.

The communication and organisation with the owners were very nice and smoothly.

Only little drawback is the parking situation in the old town of Pollenca. The street are really narrow and there is little space for car parking. But we knew that in advance and so it was no surprise. And we always found a parking place that was not further away than 3 minutes walking.

I would absolutely stay here in the future.

Beautiful garden

A comfortable spacious apartment , as you enter from the street you would never know there was a beautiful garden, here, or that any properties had gardens. The streets here are very narrow and we were glad we only had a small car. Parking could be a trying but we always managed to park within a five minute walk.

The apartment is very well placed, it's only a few minutes walk to the main square or the Cavalari Steps where there are wonderful restaurants and lovely shops to browse. The church on the square is well worth a visit and the cafe Can Moxiet is an old Templars House.

It's has quick access to the main road to Puerto Pollenca which only takes a few minutes to reach. A Lidl and large Eroski supermarket are a few minutes drive away; there is a small Eroski and other small grocery shops all close by and a wonderful deli just off the main square near the great Il GIardino patisserie; you couldn't want for more.

We were looked after by Pepe who's always willing to help, he is a font of knowledge and so kind, a real treasure.

Fabulous Apartment - just Gorgeous!!!

What can i say - what a lovely week we have had in the apartment. Spotlessly clean and so spacious. The verandah was ideal for a bit of shade as it was really hot, but the garden was so lovely too as we could sit there and have a bit of breeze from the trees.

What we thought was a really lovely touch was the welcome pack in the fridge - very much appreciated after the journey.

Everything you could want was there.

We ate breakfast on the verandah and lunch most days as it was so peaceful. There was a little supermarket just around the corner and a larger one not too far away.

It was only a few minutes to the town square and the steps up to the Church (all 365 of them).

Pepe who looked after the apartment was brilliant - so helpful with advice on how to get to places.

All in all what a fantastic week we had - only one downfall was it was hot at night (if you can call it a downfall!!).

We would highly recommend the apartment, as from the moment of booking there was contact all the way until arrival and during our stay -perfect hosts! What more does anyone want.

We will definately go back. Thank you so much

Excellent apartment in Pollensa

We enjoyed a lovely week in Pollensa. The apartment was well equipped in a central location close to the main square, shops and restaurants. Parking the car in the narrow streets was a challenge some days, but the old town was pleasantly quiet in the evenings and we felt comfortable walking the streets late at night. The provision of Sky tv in the apartment allowed us to keep in touch with the olympics which was much appreciated by the whole family. We have no hesitation in recommending this property for a peaceful, relaxing break in a beautiful old town.

Pollenca is in the north of Mallorca, at the end of the mountain chain that runs along the west side of the island. There are a number of sandy beaches nearby. The closest beach is at Cala San Vicente, however, Puerto Pollenca and its bay is almost as close and the famous Formentor beach can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Mallorca is an island of fantastic contrasts, from rural farmland to mountain ranges and beautiful towns and last but not least, sandy beaches.
