Five Star Luxury Villa in Moraira
This classically beautiful front-line villa in Moraira, well-nigh grandiose, yet almost Greek in its solemnity, of impressive proportions and noble in appearance, is surrounded by magnificent exterior areas, such as a marvellous pool with Roman steps, sun-terraces, framed by pillars, royal palm trees of king-sized dimensions and an illustrious sea view. The imposing architecture is like a timeless painting, the exceptional build-quality inestimable, the superior decor a true feast for the eyes. Indeed, the property is a very fine example of a luxury new Spanish property.
The bright rooms are full of extraordinary objects of value, such as a full-sized depiction of Leonardo's “The Last Supper” in delicate shades, the mysterious relics of a shipwreck and a grand chandelier. A palatial reception room with hand-cut terracotta tiles and a wrought-iron, suspended fireplace, as well as a princely gallery and extensive window facades, not to mention a country house kitchen, both modern and comfortable in equal measure, bear witness to the superb tradition of the past, together with the comfortable practicalities of the present, in masterful unison and separately accentuated.
The location is secluded and sheltered, yet extremely close to the hustle and bustle of the idyllic coastal towns where you will be hard pressed to find a more luxurious front-line Moraira property. The beach is only steps away as are the dozens of restaurants nearby. You may never need to take the car out of the garage. (This is not the case with most rental properties in Moraira! Beware as many are found up in the hills and you'll need your car every time you want to go into town or to the beach.)
