This beautiful home has it all !

Located on a double fairway with pool and spa; this 2 bedroom 2 bath home is immaculate and beautifully decorated with designer furnishings and limited addition artwork. Crown molding, chair railing, marble tile floors, ceiling fans, living room floor to ceiling custom mirror, high quality linens and towels are among some of the upgrades you can enjoy throughout the home.

Situated on an 8000 sq. foot lot, 'The Sweet Spot' has plenty of outdoor space for entertaining. Park like views of the Santa Rosa mountains, mature palm trees and manicured greens can be seen throughout the home and south facing back yard. The master bedroom and living room have access to the pool and back yard with granite outdoor set and propane BBQ. The pool has a high privacy wall with a 3 foot copper spillway and a wide tanning bench where you can lay in 1 foot of water and just relax under the umbrella. The spa is raised above the pool with a waterfall feature, this is a great spot to enjoy a cocktail at sunset while you watch the last golfers of the day make it to the 18th hole.The clubhouse is within walking distance less then a minute away right out of the back yard gate. You can pick up your cart and start playing without having to drive anywhere or enjoy dinner and live music every Friday and Saturday night.

Grocery stores, drug stores, dry cleaners, gas stations, beauty salons and restaurants are two minutes away from the house making it easy to get everything you need without driving all over town.Convenient access to the entire desert, 'The Sweet Spot' is surrounded by championship golf courses as well as being 5 minutes away from the Tennis Garden, 20 minutes away from the Polo Grounds that hosts many of the valleys music festivals,15 minutes away from downtown La Quinta and 10 minutes away from El Paseo for world class shopping and dining.

You have done a great job on the little “Sweet Spot”. Incredible pool and setting & you have done a great job updating the house. Loved the decor and the chase lounge in the living room….best spot in the evening! We relaxed and enjoyed each day to it’s fullest. One of the highlights was watching the morning maintenance on the golf course, how entertaining! Especially the guy with the 2 dogs. : )



We are excited at the thought of possibly purchasing a home in Palm Desert! Not sure if it will come about this summer or next, but we are so grateful for your help and your offer for future help as well. We are also glad we found The Sweet Spot! The living room has a 42 inch flat screen TV, CD player, DVD player and high speed wireless Internet. The sofa bed is custom made with a thick mattress and is very comfortable. It sleeps 2 children or 2 adults that like to be cozy close to one another. A custom mirror covers one entire wall of the living room giving it a bright open feeling. Limited edition art and designer furniture throughout the house make the home very special with attention to detail. Sliding glass doors take you out to the large back yard with custom pool and spa that has a copper spillway and waterfall feature coming off the raised stone spa. Patio table seats 6 and is solid granite. There is also a private side yard with fruit trees, grass and a fountain that can be seen from the glass door of the kitchen.

Outstanding!!!

This vacation rental is the best I have ever stayed at. The house itself has great feng shui. From the moment you walk in you feel at peace and your stresses melt away.The beds are amazing. They call to you for a great night sleep. And the view!!! Takes you to a dream. The Palm trees against the desert sky lined with mountains. I hightly recommend this location. But you better hurry because I have already booked for next year and am telling all my friends.

Palm Desert Paradise!

We were looking for a relaxing, beautiful place to spend the week without having to leave if we didn't want. Everything was perfect. Full kitchen, comfy beds, dining room table for family games and meals, living room with large screen TV for movies, outdoor table for lunch and breakfast and beautiful pool and jaccuzi, which we were in as a family almost 24/7. Adi was warm and friendly and a wonderful hostess. She gave us some great recommendations for local places to eat and was available to answer questions about pool controls etc. I can't say enough about how wonderful she was to us.This place has a beautiful view of the golf course and local mountains in the distance which gives it a wonderful feel from the pool, backyard and from in the house. I love having a view! The sweet spot is in a great location, close enough to Costco, Target, grocery stores, movie theatres, and yet not too close. We will definitely be back! The kids loved it too! It was a perfect family getaway/adventure for the week! Would definitely check out Armandos on Paseo for their combination of steak, chicken, calamari and shrimp fajitas and the living desert zoo!

Nice property except for host

Very nice property, don't get wrong. But dealing with the host was another issue.

We checked in and the place was very nice and clean. The pool area was beautiful and very enjoyable. Until Adi literally rolled up on us on a golf cart. She said hi and then proceeded to question us and do a head count. Let me say this, whenever I stay at home rentals, the host never bother us. So it annoyed me a little. Then she did a head count of 6, rental property is for 4. I reminded her we were allowed to have guest, and then she backed off. Then a few hours later, we were getting ready for Coachella as our neighbor knocked on our door. Apparently Adi told them we were complaining about their music, and they came over to apologize. First of all, we had our own music going and barely heard them. 2nd we never complained about their music, its Coachella weekend. I was super upset to know Adi used us to regulate on the other neighbors ( guess it was her rental property as well). That was a huge risk to put on us, you never know how things could've gone down.

So then I told Adi after we left the rental what we found out, She of course denied the whole thing and made excuses. She also said she would love to have me come back, because we were great guest. But then got upset when I pressed the issue of the whole lying about the music and doing a head count. Then she got more mad and said she would leave me a bad review and hung up on me.

For those reasons alone I will never stay at any of her property's again.

Owner's Response: First let me just say that Coachella Music Festival weekends brings a lot of unruly guests to the area. For this reason the Cities have mandated all of us property manages to make sure the rules are not being violated. As you know, you agreed to accept the city mandated rules prior to being allowed to book the property and so did all of our other renters that stayed in all of our other properties for the festivals. It is true that you were a wonderful guest until you decided to misunderstand everything. When you made me aware of your feelings, I tried to explain to you what had occurred but you kept interrupting our conversation by yelling "I am an adult". In order for the city not to hand out 2500.00 fines to our guests, we need to check to see if they are over occupying the properties or if they are playing load music outside. I manage 11 homes on the golf course that you were staying at and I came by just to say hello and to see if all was well with you. You said you loved the place and everything was great. I saw that you had 2 additional people and mentioned that the city had beefed up neighborhood patrols just to give you a heads up, not to be accusatory. You mentioned that the additional friends were guests and I said that that was fine, asked you to let me know if you needed anything and that was the end of it...I thought. I received a complaint about the guests next door to you from a homeowner across the fairway. They said that the music was too load and that they would call the city if I didn't speak with the guests. I went to the guest and told them that the homeowner across the fairway was complaining about the music and they turned it down immediately. I never said that you were the one complaining and the guests next to you were trying to be nice by apologizing to you and others for their disturbance. Next thing I know, you are accusing me of lying to the quest by telling them that you were the one that complained about them. I was not able to relay anything to you by phone because you were very threatening and unwilling to listen. The reviews on all my homes speak to my commitment to my guests. I have never had an "adult" threaten to give me a bad review over a situation that they have misunderstood and don't care to hear an explanation for. Funny how this all came about after we sent you a bill for your share of the utilities as per your rental agreement which you still have not paid.

Very good - as usual

This was our third year in a row to stayed here and Adi still maintains a quality rental experience for her guests. She cheerfully provided some additional administrative services from her office for us due to some family circumstances. The place was clean and ready when we arrived. All in all, another positive rental experience.
