About this property

Air-conditioned gite completely renovated for 2/4 people of 50 m2 with small courtyard and small private ball court, not overlooked with the owners.

Ideally located at the foot of the Monts du Vaucluse between Isle sur La Sorgue and Fontaine de Vaucluse next to the very famous 18-hole golf course in Saumane, quiet, at the gates of the Alpilles and the Luberon. You will have direct access to pleasant walks from the cottage, the Carpentras canal passing 100 meters away.

It has:

- 1 main room with convertible sofa bed (new and very comfortable), TV, and fully equipped open kitchen: induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, table and 4 chairs, coffee machine.

- 1 large shower room with beautiful walk-in shower and wc

- 1 bedroom with queen-size bed (new bedding)

We offer you :
- access to the two tennis courts in the village (in excellent condition!)

Night: (only in low season): 90 € - 2 nights minimum

Access to the owners' heated swimming pool and to the jacuzzi is offered (this will therefore be shared with the owners). Access to the trampoline as well as to the pétanque field.

All charges are included (water, electricity, reversible air conditioning), household linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels) as well as all household essentials (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, ...), paper toilets and cleaning products.

Quality Gite

Newly built and furnished gite to an excellent standard, equipped with all your needs, and a few extra nice and thoughtful touches. Excellent hosts whom were very friendly and welcoming and available if needed, we stayed for a week to cycle the area and had a great time. would highly recommend this gite for a stay whether short or long

Wir waren eine Woche im Appartment und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Anlage ist neu und sehr sauber, außerdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Für die Kinder war der große Pool perfekt. Viele Ausflugsziele in der Provence waren mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Vielen Dank an Magali und Hugo – wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal vorbei!
