It is a house in a small community of neighbors. The house is mounted with all the details to spend a spectacular vacation.
The villa has a terrace in front of 30 square meters, south facing and views over the sea and the Bay of Malaga. It has a large retractable blue awning that covers the entire terrace to enjoy it at any time of day.
The patio has a laundry area where is the washing machine, laundry sink, drying rack and storage area and another area of about 20 meters with access to the pool of the urbanization.
Air conditioning on both floors of the house. Air conditioning in the living room and the two front rooms. Ceiling fans in the two rooms in the rear, north orientation.

The rooms accommodate 9 people. There is the possibility of adding a crib or mattress on the floor for an extra person.
Fifteen minutes walk from the beaches of El Rincon and Cala del Moral, services, supermarkets and downtown. Bus stop 200 meters from the house, to go to the center of Malaga, and urban bus Rincón.
The use of the car recommended although not necessary. You can walk to the beach and downtown.
The community has two saltwater pools with a lush lawn around, communal gardens and a tennis court.
The salt water pools run from mid-May to early October. The exact date of opening and closing the pool depends on the decision of the community. Since most of the neighbors live here all year, there are never many people in the pool.
The urbanization has a garden area open all year and tennis court.
We welcome guests upon arrival and we also see them on departure. Upon arrival, guests will find a welcome pack that includes water, wine, milk and fruit. In the house we also leave at your disposal coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil, vinegar and spices.
The rest of the stay is available and we can go to the house to solve any problem that may arise.
We help our guests with all the information they need and managing services such as taxis, cooks, babysitting or sending firewood.

The area is the most quiet and with wonderful views of the beaches and the bay of Malaga.
The streets of the urbanization are private so there is hardly any traffic in the area. Most families live throughout the year.
There are two bus stops very close to the house, although the beach and the main street are a fifteen minute walk away.
Buses connect with Málaga capital, Rincón and La Cala.
In addition, the house has a large garage with space for two or three cars. The use of a car is recommended, although not essential.
