Albany Villas holiday apartment is a ground floor mansion flat converted from a charming victorian villa with lots of original features such as large rooms with high ceilings and can sleep up to nine people with a king or twin and a double in bedroom one,twin or king in bedroom 2 and three double sofa beds in the large bright lounge. So a great place for a family/friend/hen/stag get together or just for a family holiday. All amenities are close by including the King Alfred Leisure Center offering a range of sports facilities and there are always lots of things going on in Brighton and Hove as well as the beach which is 3 minutes away and lots of shops and lively restaurants and bars plus supermarkets at the top of the road. Included with the rental is a free off road parking space which is a rare find in Hove these days. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen as well as two bathrooms one with shower and one with bath /shower, there is also a large walled garden with table and chairs for those hot sunny days and evening drinks before you can venture out to enjoy one of the many fantastic eateries or bars which are so close to the apartment you can be seated and ready to order within 5 minutes of locking the door.,or 15 mins stroll to the Brighton centre where you can take in some more Victorian architecture including the recently restored Bandstand and maybe a picture or two along the way. The great thing about the position is that you can live it up or just relax the choice is yours.

Great large apartment

We stayed here as a group of 8. Really great apartment. Much nicer than pictures and would definitely recommend. Lovely garden, clean and good living space. A pleasant walk along the beach into the centre of Brighton.

Penny was really helpful and answered questions we had.

Brilliant Location! Excellent facitilities!

I absolutely loved our stay at Albany Villas, there were a small hen party of 8 girls staying and the place really is a hidden treasure in Hove.. 5 mins in a cab to Brighton Town Centre and right along the sea front it was ideal for what we wanted. Penny the property owner was lovely and on hand for an initial we had on finding the place and couldn't have been nicer! Will definitely be coming back soon!

5 girls on a night out In Brighton. Great location, lovely garden and parking space. We really enjoyed our stay and will def come again. The only thing that would have made it better would be a full length mirror
