About the property

House with two double rooms and two rooms with two single beds each.

The house has been renovated. It has four bedrooms,two living rooms, two bathrooms in the main bedrooms and a big kitchen with dining room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you should need for your stay. It has a fireplace and blocks are provided. You will be able to enjoy good weather in the beautiful terrace even eating lunch outside on sunny days.

Sheets and towels at your disposal. The house has electric heaters and fireplace on the kitchen. The house access from the main road is through a paved path 100 metres long. You can park the car near the house. The main road to the ski resort is only 9 km. long. It will only take ten minutes to get to it. We are in a perfect location for you to discover all the Sierra Nevada has to offer.

We live nearby so me or other member of my family will be available.We can provide feedback on what to do in the area or answer any questions about the house. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable!

2nd time to a great cottage, convenient for skiing

This is the second year in a row that the six of us have stayed at the cottage. It is a good size, well presented, had everything we needed and was very clean. The cottage is very close to the ski resort, just a 10 minute drive and a 20 minute drive down to Granada. Eva was a great host. We would certainly come back another year.

Great for families or small groups

We rented both parts of the house, which matched the requirements of three couples very well, each had their own room. The property is even better than the photos show and is clean and well presented. Eva was a great host, helping us get to the property with our luggage and had prepared a fire for our arrival. The cottage was perfect for us reaching the ski resort, which just took around 10 minutes to drive each day.

Experiencia positiva

Estuvimos un weekend en grupo de 10 amigos. Realmente la valoracion deberia ser 4 estrellas porque siempre se puede mejorar y nada es perfecto, pero por confianza le ponemos 5. Casa muy acogedora, completa y en un punto estrategico para visitar el parque de Sierra Nevada. Algunos problemas: no se puede utilizar la chimenea del salon (por seguridad), con dia de mucho viento la electricidad funciona de forma alternada, no WiFi considerando que hay cero cobertura en algunas zonas de la casa. De verdad poquitos problemas, considerando que todo el resto ha sido optimo. Recomendado y con ganas de volver. Gracias
