Beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom apartment with stunning views of the Mediterranean and surrounded by golf courses. Situated above the Los Lagos de Santa Maria Golf club, this apartment is set in a complex with beautiful gardens and 4 pools. It's peaceful and extremely safe. The facilities within Elviria are 2 minutes away and the Elviria Beach is arguably the best along the Costa del Sol with sandy beaches and beach side café's dotted along the shoreline. For the kids, Aventura Amazonia Adventure park is a 5 min walk from the apartment and for the adults, there's numerous golf courses and down by the beach sits Elviria's most famous attraction – Nikki Beach Club. While advertised the world over as 'Marbella's Nikki Beach', it is actually located right here in Elviria, beside the equally famous and exclusive Don Carlos Hotel. A further 10 minutes by car is Marbella where you can find international restaurants, world class boutiques, department stores, sports and nightlife activities. The airport of Malaga is just 30 minutes away.

This ground-floor apartment consists of a spacious lounge dining area which leads out onto a large sunny terrace with beautiful views. There are three bedrooms, the master has a king bed, built-in wardrobes, full en-suite bathroom and sea views. The second bedroom has twin beds which can zip together to form a king bed and a built-in wardrobe as does the third bedroom. There is a separate full bathroom with shower. The large modern kitchen is fully-equipped and leads into the separate utility area. The terrace has a large dining table, six seater sofa and sun beds. It's perfect for al-fresco living whilst enjoying the panoramic vistas. The apartment has a carpark in the gated basement garage. It's perfectly suited to families, golf enthusiasts or anyone wanting to relax along the the Costa Del Sol. A perfect getaway any time of the year.

Why Claire Young chose Marbella area

I purchased this property in 2013. It was brand new and never before lived in. I was looking for something close to a golf course and within easy access to the sandy beaches of Elviria. When I saw this place, I fell in love immediately with the view and the enormous terrace to enjoy it from. Its also amazingly spacious and bright. It's a real pleasure every time I visit.

What makes this apartment unique

The community where the apartment is located is surrounded by gorgeous gardens with 4 pools to choose from. The apartment is ground level which makes access from the underground carpark very easy and have I mentioned the view is to die for.

it's not often you go on holiday and the apartment exceeds your expectations but this one certainly did ,it was clean modern well furnished , stunning views whiched overlooking the golf course , Claire The owner was very helpful and informative.next time we Book a holiday in the Costa Del Sol we would certainly rebook.

Lovely property and well furnished

Great property with views down to the local golf course and the Mediterranean in the background. The property is really well furnished for a rental, the nespresso machine a nice touch to start the day with!

We spent an afternoon enjoying a drink whilst watching the golfers work their way round the course in the blistering heat, better them than us.

You'll need a car as the nearest bars, convenience store was a good walk and I wouldn't want to do the return trip up the hill on foot, but we had a car and I expect most people will too, if you want to have a drink then get a taxi!!

Some of the nearby properties are unfinished but isn't most of costal spain and didn't bother us at all.

Overall I rate this property and would stay there again, the owner I couldn't fault at all.
