Superb duplex apartment of 72m2 located route du Signal in the heart of the top of the Alpe d'Huez. It is located in the small building Rays Golden, very quiet.

Open ground south facing garden lounge. Splendid view of the surrounding mountains

Access downhill skiing at the foot; within 100 m of the access chairlift great Sure, within 200m of the telecentre and all amenities track.

2 floors, it comprises the lower ground floor: 2 bedrooms: large master suite with double bed TV and DVD, large bedroom with two double bunk beds player, 1 bathroom and toilet with washing machine and plenty of storage; on the upper floor: entrance hall, open dining room and living room TV with DVD player, 1 separate WC, 1 room with 2 bunk beds and 1 extra bed, Italian shower.

It is decorated with a ski.

Facilities: cot, raclette, fondue, 2 TV DVD players, ironing board and iron

Facilitated for disabled upstairs: grab bars in toilet seat and fold-down shower

Parking nearby included in the rental

Very cosy apartment. Comfy beds. Lovely views. Great bath with lots of hot water.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. There was a dishwasher and washing machine which were very welcome. The fridge was spacious. Being British we love a cup of tea.. but there was no kettle.

On the general amenities page it shows wi fi .. but this was not the case. We paid extra money for sheets to the owner as the linen provided included only one tea towel. The sheets after multiple washing do not fit easily on the double bed. This was a struggle to make the bed as the fitted sheet kept popping off the corners.

Also the mattress protector needs a wash.

However the bed was comfortable and we slept well.

We had a lovely holiday and especially enjoyed skiing back to the apartment.

All queries were answered quickly.

Avons été ravi par notre séjour à l'Alpes d'Huez. L'appartement correspond aux photos du site, convivial, chaleureux, pratique et tranquille, à proximité des pistes et des commerces.

La personne de l'accueil a été très sympathique et le propriétaire a l'écoute.

A reserver sans hésitation si on retourne sur la station.

excellent !!! idéalement placé, très fonctionnel, vue sur les massifs : génial

appartement : très chaleureux, très bien agencé. Permet de trainer tard en soirée sans gêner ceux qui se reposent. terrasse et accès jardin : un après ski indispensable. accès piste facile.

accueil, propreté : rien a redire. Grande disponibilté du propriétaire et de la personne responsable des clés. Séjour excellent dans une station au top. Allez y !!!

Clean and spacious apartment.

We had a very nice week in Alpe d'Huez in this apartment with 7 people. There is more than enough room for everyone. Everything you need is in place (cooking utileries/dishwasher etc). The location is close to the skiing lift and supermarket (walking distance).

Appartement fonctionnel, idéal pour une famille avec des ados.

Bien situé, près des pistes et des commerces dans une petite résidence au calme.

L'appartement est bien équipé, décoré avec goût, on s'y sent chez soi!

La dame qui accueille est à l'écoute, elle est toujours disponible en cas de besoin.

Un cadre magnifique propice à de belles vacances!

Superbe séjour

L'appartement est en tout point conforme au descriptif sur le site. Bien agencé et bien équipé, joliment décoré, bien situé dans la station avec des places de parking au pied de la résidence.

La terrasse est très agréable pour les petits dejeuners et déjeuners. Allez, une bouilloire et un presse agrumes en plus et c'est le paradis.
