The Javea Terrace Beach Apartment is located on the ground floor and is situated on one of the most beautiful plazas of Javea, it opens onto a terrace which is surrounded by cafes and restaurants which offer food and coffee from many different nations not just in Europe but around the world. The Terrace Beach Apartment is surrounded by many beautiful plants and palm trees, which bring a real holiday atmosphere to the apartment, and not forgetting that just out side your door there are some of the many beautiful cafes and restaurants Javea has to offer, so your first coffee of the morning is always on your door step.


We have just took share in the communal pool allowing that all our guests are well catered for and looked after in the best way possible ensuring that every day of there holiday it truly enjoyed. We have just Added a great Beach Area to the pool area , we have constructed a 200sqm man made beach area overlooking the

pool. Not just extending the area and allowing more sun beds but bringing a whole new side to the already brand new pool bar and restaurant. All our guest will be privately waited on by staff for all there daily needs allowing them to lie back relax and make the most of this supper modern complex. The bar area is equipped with seperate bar area which has 5 different televisions for sports. There are Daily Menus , A La Cart Menus , Breakfasts with English , Continental and Mediterranean , Happy Hour , BBQS , Chiringuito Bar , Swim Up Bar , 4 Tennis

Courts , 3 Paddle Courts and with 3 different rooms for children entertainment , Yoga and other Leisurely Activities . The Pool area is just 100 meters from the beach but gives a whole different side to the holiday catering for everything in 1 place. All our guests can enjoy complimentary drink on arrival.

The access is excellent Javea is situated between Alicante airport (90km) and Valencia Airport (105 km). Junctions 62 and 63 of the A7 motorway, which runs a few miles from the coast, both connect to Javea. Besides the motorway connection, the slower coastal route. The climate is mild all year round, being mild in winter (12 degrees on average in January) and pleasantly hot in the summer (26 degrees on average in July). Wow amazing, modern, comfortable luxury

Absolute perfection!! We have been renting holiday homes in Javea for the past 15 years and this has been by far the best yet.

Jamie & Lesley were superb and met us promptly on arrival to introduce themselves and assure us they were only a phone call away if we needed anything but everything was so perfect we didn't need them.

This property is very accurately described and has been finished to a top end quality, it was absolutely spotless very well equipped and bliss to stay in. Location was superb with everything on your doorstep.

To anyone thinking of booking we would say don't hesitate book now we already have for the summer 2015.

Vacaciones estupendas en Javea.

The apartment was identical to the description of Internet, photos that I received from the owner were the same as the apartment.

The apartment was in pecfectas condition, very clean and maintained with little things preppy and really it was great, new furniture and equipped with all kinds of needs, kitchen, bathrooms as well, welcoming the truth.

It is located near the beach and surrounded by bars, shops and places to buy and enjoy drinks, also had no problems parking.

The attention of the owner has been wonderful, very attentive to all the needs we had, the truth for us has been more a friend who owns the apartment.

So I recommend going to these apartments because they are great and the quality exceeds the price.

In the coming year we will definitely repeat.

El apartamento era identico a la descripcion de internet, las fotos que recibi pòr parte del dueño eran iguales que el apartamento.

El apartamento estaba en pecfectas condiciones, muy limpio y cuidado, con pequeños detalles de muy buen gusto y la verdad que estaba genial, muebles nuevos y acondicionado con todo tipo de necesidades, cocina completa, baños tambien, muy acogedor la verdad.

Esta ubicado muy cerca de la playa y rodeado de bares, tiendas y sitios donde comprar y tomarte algo, tambien disponia de aparcamientos sin problemas.

La atencion del dueño ha sido maravillosa, muy atento a todas las necesidades que tuvimos, la verdad que para nosotros ha sido mas un amigo que el dueño del apartamento.

Asi que recomiendo a ir a estos apartamentos porque estan genial y la calidad supera el precio.

El año que viene sin duda volveremos a repetir.

Casa interior acogedora sin zonas comunes

La casa en si esta muy bien como se describe en el anuncio y como se puede ver en las fotos la decoracion es muy moderna y acogedora. No le falta ningun detalle para poder sentirte en casa: tostadora, lavadora, plancha,...

Las zonas (piscina, pistas de tenis,...) que se ven en las fotos puede parecer que son comunitarias por la ubicacion del mapa en el anuncio pero no es asi. Aun asi el propietario nos cedio su piscina comunitaria que esta a unos 100 metros de la casa.

El aire acondicionado no esta incluido en el precio y esto no se avisa en el anuncio. Es bastante costoso y en mi opinion necesario porque en el piso no corre nada de aire por las noches.

Salvo eso, muy bien. El propietario se porto muy bien con nosotros.

Owner's Response: Gracias por su comentario, realmente apreciamos sus pensamientos. Con respecto al establecimiento, la norma es muy bueno que es realmente cómodo en todas las formas posibles. El aire acondicionado siento que sienta que es caro, pero eso es algo que es opcional y no hacemos dinero con respecto al aire acondicionado, sólo cobramos lo que le costó a funcionar la máquina. Lo que hay que entender es que el alojamiento está a sólo € 595 euros por semana, que es de 85 € por noche por este precio teniendo en cuenta que tiene capacidad para 4 personas es tan barato que no se podía encontrar ni un hostal por este precio, de hecho un albergue es el doble de nuestro costo también alquilar una habitación de hotel aquí en el verano es de 220 € por noche para 2 personas, por lo que tomando en cuenta todo esto estoy seguro de que va a entender que tiene un apartamento de esta calidad a sólo 100 metros de la playa del Arenal por el precio que cobran realmente no toma mucho en que pensar. No podemos complacer a cada cliente, pero que sentimos que ya hacemos más de lo posible y esto es algo que estamos muy orgullosos. Saludos cordiales

Casa interior acogedora sin zonas comunes

La casa es muy acogedora, la decoracion es muy agradable y practicamente tienes de todo como si fuese tu propia casa pero nos llevamos varias sorpresas:

-El aire acondicionado no esta incluido en el precio (lo cual no se indica en el anuncio) y es bastante caro y necesario pues al ser una casa interior no corre nada de aire.

-Las zonas comunes que aparecen en las fotos (pistas, piscina,...)son de pago y estan apartadas de la casa unos 200 metros. Hay que decir que el dueño nos dejo usar su propia piscina, que tambien esta algo alejada, sin coste alguno.

En resumen, la casa esta muy bien y los dueños eran muy amables pero hay informacion que no es del todo cierta.

So ein kurzes Statement zu unserem 14 Tage Urlaub.

Wir haben 20 Minuten bevor wir ihn Xabia angekommen sind mit den Vermieter telefoniert,das wir kommen,und wurden pünktlich und sehr freundlich empfangen.

Zimmer 100% ok,sauber,alles da was man braucht.

Problemlösung 120% hatten am Sonntag Abend ein Problem mit einen verstopften WC,innerhalb von 20 Minuten waren 2 Personen da,und haben es sofort behoben,perfekt,könntest du in Liechtenstein vergessen.

Am Montag hatte ich noch ein kurzes Gespräch mit den Vermieter,da daneben noch schöne Apartments entstehen,kurz vor der Fertigstellung,da sagte ich das ich noch leicht was davon höre,hat sich sofort dafür entschuldigt,und gesagt wir sollen unsere Sachen zusammen packen,er kommt uns um fünf Uhr Nachmittags holen.Um fünf wurde unser Gepäck geholt und wir sind zehn Minuten später in ein Penthouse im 4 Stock eingezogen,ohne Aufpreis.

Also das nennt man Kundenservice,nochmals vielen Dank dafür.

Vor den Apartment ist das kleine Restaurant La Romantica,wo man erstklassig Essen kann.Die Damen sprechen Deutsch-Spanisch-Englisch,man trifft dort Schweizer,Deutsche,und Engländer.

Vor allem es ist ruhig in der Nacht und nicht weit zum Arenal zu laufen.

Wir möchten uns nochmals sehr herzlich bedanken,das alles so perfekt geklappt hat,und können die Apartments jeden empfehlen
