About the property

This is the one of only 2 apartments located on the top floor of a super modern apartment complex, which was only newly built for the summer of 2013, its just 100 meters from the famous blue flag Arenal Beach, and all its beautiful bars, shops, beach bars, restaurants, coffee shops, supper markets, banks, pubs, tennis clubs and spars and everything else that this wonderful place has on offer. it is a great location and very popular place for water sports and motor sports, including, sailing, jet skiing, snorkeling, surfing, and of course with the many thousands of people that visit this place every year to go scuba diving. There really is no limit to the fun you can have in this amazing part of the Costa Blanca .


We have just took share in the communal pool allowing that all our guests are well catered for and looked after in the best way possible ensuring that every day of there holiday it truly enjoyed. We have just Added a great Beach Area to the pool area , we have constructed a 200sqm man made beach area overlooking the

pool. Not just extending the area and allowing more sun beds but bringing a whole new side to the already brand new pool bar and restaurant. All our guest will be privately waited on by staff for all there daily needs allowing them to lie back relax and make the most of this supper modern complex. The bar area is equipped with seperate bar area which has 5 different televisions for sports. There are Daily Menus , A La Cart Menus , Breakfasts with English , Continental and Mediterranean , Happy Hour , BBQS , Chiringuito Bar , Swim Up Bar , 4 Tennis

Courts , 3 Paddle Courts and with 3 different rooms for children entertainment , Yoga and other Leisurely Activities . The Pool area is just 100 meters from the beach but gives a whole different side to the holiday catering for everything in 1 place. All our guests can enjoy complimentary drink on arrival.

It has a very spacious living room consisting of 2 sofas which both convert into double sofa beds, allowing this beautiful apartment to sleep 4 people easy . It also has a very stylish and modern table and chairs and a coffee table . There is a mounted flat screen television in which you can watch both English ( free view ) and Spanish television, however if you are a sky television subscriber and wish to bring your sky viewing card , the boxes will read it and allow you to watch as if you where back home. It also has a DVD player and free internet service ( WiFi ). There is a large roof terrace with this this apartment, that is very child safe and friendly allowing them to play whilst lying back on one of the sun loungers and enjoying the roof top sun and the tranquillity that it brings. This is a very quiet and private spot for those who like to read or maybe prefers their own space rather than the busy beaches and communal pools. Great Location, Lovely property but mislead

This is a lovely property in a great location but it was advertised with a BBQ and communal pool. When we arrived, we were surprised to find out that the pool it a few minutes walk and not communal at all, in fact it was a public pool and to use it you have to buy 2 drinks per person. It is a very busy pool and you be very lucky to get a chair! There were no sun loungers just plastic chairs and tables, so no sunbathing. Also the property is two doors away from a brothel! Didnt feel a 100% safe and there were a lot of strange men hanging around late at night. When I emailed the owner regarding various things, he emailed me a quite abusive reply, telling me shouldnt feel hard done by as if you want to rent a villa in Javea its X amount. He has obviously got his wires crossed and quite frankly didnt give a damn.

The roof top garden is a bit of a shambles, the cushions for the loungers were stained with brown marks and the smell was horrendous!.

Owner's Response: Firstly I would like to state this is a very inaccurate review and all this lady is trying to achieve is to discredit our good reputation. The pool is a short walk from the property, which we explain to clients before they book the property. As of the summer 2015 the pool has been refurbished totally spending over 600.000 euros and is a really great place however it is under new management who have made the decision to change it to a public pool. We have updated our our property description to give that information so nobody can say they where misslead , we would not allow that. I did state to the family that this property was half the price of any apartment sleeping 4 people as the pool was a public pool and half the price of a hostel and that for the price and quality of this apartment was a great price giving that hotels in the area cost per night and that an apartment with private pool and allot worse quality that ours would cost more than doublevthe price so for them to pay what they had paid for a weeks rental it was an really great deal , but with some clients you already get a measure of them as soon as you meet them and she lived up to how she acted . People know what they are booking and are told where they are booking through the enquiry stage . We did not receive any complaints during her 10 day stay we even helped then allot via there holiday with different information they wanted in the area every time we saw them they where happy if there was any problems we would always do our best to help them as shown in previous reviews from other guests in our many properties, we always go above and beyond to see they all have a great vacation . The one email we did receive from the client was the day before we left demanding compensation that is when I arranged to meet them and explained the different prices for other properties that we have however the lady in question who emailed us did not show up instead I met her husband who basically could not apologise enough on her behalf stating that he himself felt extremely embarrassed on her behalf , and they had indeed checked the property prices the night before seeing that they where very lucky to have found our property and paid the price they did , he also stated that his wife did indeed suffer from very severe bi polar and at times she was very challenging for the family . We don't take any offence with reviews like this expecially when people have an illness Kind regards

i would like to say thank you to Jamie and his partner,they were polite,helpful and kept a high level of communication making things easy as possible,they even advised on places to eat and drink at.We all had an amazing holiday in the perfect apartment situated in the perfect area being close to the beach,bars and restaurants.we will be back for our next holiday in 2015 with them again and can't wait to return.

Short stay vacation

An absolutely stunning property... Although I was only there for a short stay this time, the apartment has every creature comfort for stays of all durations and better equipped than most homes... It is furnished and finished in top spec and in a location central to everything in Javea.. I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to friends and family and the owners are a pleasure to deal with... I will definitely be back....(just not soon enough)....

Great location for Arenal beach and will equipped

1st time in Javea and all the family had a great time. We were greeted at the apartment by Jamie who took us up and showed us round. The apt was brand new with all the mod coms and was very clean. The roof terrace was a nice private space where we spent many of hours during our stay. The owners couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them to make sure we had a great holiday. We will definately be back next year. Thanks guys.

This is a very nice apartment and well arranged. The apartment is very close to the sea and shops. The owners Christopher and Lesley are very attentive to the tenants.
