This is the one of only 2 apartments located on the top floor of a super modern apartment complex, which was only newly built for the summer of 2013, its just 100 meters from the famous blue flag Arenal Beach, and all its beautiful bars, shops, beach bars, restaurants, coffee shops, supper markets, banks, pubs, tennis clubs and spars and everything else that this wonderful place has on offer. it is a great location and very popular place for water sports and motor sports, including, sailing, jet skiing, snorkeling, surfing, and of course with the many thousands of people that visit this place every year to go scuba diving. There really is no limit to the fun you can have in this amazing part of the Costa Blanca .
We have just took share in the communal pool allowing that all our guests are well catered for and looked after in the best way possible ensuring that every day of there holiday it truly enjoyed. We have just Added a great Beach Area to the pool area , we have constructed a 200sqm man made beach area overlooking the
pool. Not just extending the area and allowing more sun beds but bringing a whole new side to the already brand new pool bar and restaurant. All our guest will be privately waited on by staff for all there daily needs allowing them to lie back relax and make the most of this supper modern complex. The bar area is equipped with seperate bar area which has 5 different televisions for sports. There are Daily Menus , A La Cart Menus , Breakfasts with English , Continental and Mediterranean , Happy Hour , BBQS , Chiringuito Bar , Swim Up Bar , 4 Tennis
Courts , 3 Paddle Courts and with 3 different rooms for children entertainment , Yoga and other Leisurely Activities . The Pool area is just 100 meters from the beach but gives a whole different side to the holiday catering for everything in 1 place. All our guests can enjoy complimentary drink on arrival.
This is a lovely property in a great location but it was advertised with a BBQ and communal pool. When we arrived, we were surprised to find out that the pool it a few minutes walk and not communal at all, in fact it was a public pool and to use it you have to buy 2 drinks per person. It is a very busy pool and you be very lucky to get a chair! There were no sun loungers just plastic chairs and tables, so no sunbathing. Also the property is two doors away from a brothel! Didnt feel a 100% safe and there were a lot of strange men hanging around late at night. When I emailed the owner regarding various things, he emailed me a quite abusive reply, telling me shouldnt feel hard done by as if you want to rent a villa in Javea its X amount. He has obviously got his wires crossed and quite frankly didnt give a damn.
The roof top garden is a bit of a shambles, the cushions for the loungers were stained with brown marks and the smell was horrendous!.
i would like to say thank you to Jamie and his partner,they were polite,helpful and kept a high level of communication making things easy as possible,they even advised on places to eat and drink at.We all had an amazing holiday in the perfect apartment situated in the perfect area being close to the beach,bars and restaurants.we will be back for our next holiday in 2015 with them again and can't wait to return.
An absolutely stunning property... Although I was only there for a short stay this time, the apartment has every creature comfort for stays of all durations and better equipped than most homes... It is furnished and finished in top spec and in a location central to everything in Javea.. I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to friends and family and the owners are a pleasure to deal with... I will definitely be back....(just not soon enough)....
1st time in Javea and all the family had a great time. We were greeted at the apartment by Jamie who took us up and showed us round. The apt was brand new with all the mod coms and was very clean. The roof terrace was a nice private space where we spent many of hours during our stay. The owners couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them to make sure we had a great holiday. We will definately be back next year. Thanks guys.
This is a very nice apartment and well arranged. The apartment is very close to the sea and shops. The owners Christopher and Lesley are very attentive to the tenants. Access to Javea is excellent, being centrally situated between Alicante Airport (90km) and Valencia airport (105km). Junctions 62 and 63 of the A7 motorway, which runs just a few kilometres from the coast, both connect to Javea. In addition to the motorway connection, the more leisurely coastal route.
The climate is clement throughout the year, being mild in the winter (12 degrees on average in January) and pleasantly hot in the summer (26 degrees on average in July). There are more recorded hours of sunshine in Javea than in any other place in Spain. Indeed the World Health Organization has designated Javea as one of the healthiest climates in the world.

It may be necessary to vacate your accommodation by 10.00am on the day of your departure; we will advise you if this is not the case. We cannot guarantee access before 4.00pm on the day of your arrival due to changeovers – although we will try to accommodate your flights where possible.
