Apartment in large villa restored in 2010, the apartment is independent, it consists of a

Living room, kitchenette, kitchenette excellent condition 40 sqm suite with shower room and dressing room 35 m², all quiet with a great view from the terrace view of the surrounding hills to the sea, enjoyment of a large part of field and the pool and the pool house, table tennis, boules.

3 parking spaces and independent portal correspond to this apartment.

The village of Châteauneuf is ideally located, you will find yourself in a very short time in the sea or in the nearby mountains, extensive hiking trails pass close to the house.

Less than fifteen minutes of the house to be able to visit many Provencal villages.

Great location

The location at Michele is perfect for people they are looking for quiet time. The owners are very nice and helpful at each time. The apartment is for 4 persons big enough with great view on the see and mountains. Big outdoor balcony and the great and clean pool where for our own using no problem.

We would like to spend the next holidays again at Michel and Corrine.

Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Die Ferienwohnung bietet vollen Wohnkomfort auf 75 m² mit eigener Terrasse und Nutzung des Swimming-Pools. Die Einrichtung ist modern und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Ob chillen auf der Terrasse, gemütlich im Wohnzimmer sitzen oder sich beim Tischtennis oder an Sportgeräten ertüchtigen-alles ist möglich. Auch der separate Schlafraum und das Bad sind großzügig und modern gestaltet. Die Darstellung im Internet wird durch die Realität noch übertroffen, da die Fotos nur Ausschnitte abbilden und nur einiges vom wahren Flair des Anwesens zeigen. Allein der Blick über die Hügel bis hin zum Meer ist faszinierend. Es gibt eine eigene Zufahrt und einen eigenen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Nachbarn haben wir nicht wahrgenommen. Bei Anreise waren kostenlos gekühlte Getränke (Wasser, Saft, Wein) bereit gestellt, ein ansonsten seltener Service. Die Vermieter wohnen im selben Haus, sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und agieren sehr zurückhaltend im Hintergrund. Die Lage eignet sich hervorragend für Ausflüge nach Grasse (5 km), Nizza, Antibes, Cannes oder in die Alpen (ca. 1 Stunde bis ins Hochgebirge nordöstlich von Nizza).

Im Restaurant "le Capriccio" am zweiten Kreisverkehr Richtung Nizza (italienische und französische Küche) kann man bereits unüblicherweise vor 19.30 Uhr zu Abend essen. Wer Buffet-Essen mag, ist im nahegelegenen Hotel-Restaurant "Campanile" sehr gut aufgehoben.

Empfehlenswert ist, in der Parfümerie "Molinard" in Grasse sein eigenes Parfüm zu kreieren. Das war für uns ganz besonders Erlebnis.

Für alle "Gendarm von St. Tropez"-Fans: Die Gendarmerie gibt es noch, zu finden am Hotel de Paris unweit des Parkings am Hafen. Sie wird gerade saniert und als Museum wieder eröffnet werden.
