Our townhouses are located in a peaceful area of Peyia and has plenty of free on-site parking.
Whilst sitting on your private balcony you can enjoy alfresco dining and relaxation while taking in the panoramic sea views down to Coral Bay, watching the sunrise over the hills of Peyia and set over the sea, as there is nothing but the blue sky in view. The balconies are furnished with comfortable furniture and canopy.
The townhouses have a large open plan living /dining area and has been furnished to a very high standard throughout for home from home self-catering comfort and has extras such as wifi, valuables safe, DVD player and DVD's.
Kitchens are fitted with full electric oven, 4 ring hob and extractor. Full size washing machine and tall fridge freezer. You will find all the utensils you should require for that perfect self-catering holiday, from cheese grater to tin opener…….
They are fully air conditioned during the lazy days of summer and have heating for those out of season holidays.
Our townhouses are on the very relaxed resort of Club Coral View and the resort is located close to Peyia village.
Coral View Resort is a fully managed resort with site management available daily in the site office or via mobile. Beautiful large Infinity Pool with child's area, sun deck, changing facilities & seasonal bar.
Bedroom 1 - double bed with en-suite bathroom/shower. Fitted wardrobes, dressing table and bedside cabinets, sliding patio doors leading to a private patio area. Safe installed in wardrobe for valuables. Air conditioned.
Bedroom 2 - twin beds with en-suite bathroom/shower. Fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging and storage space. Air conditioned.
Additional sofa bed can be provided in the living area to accommodate a further 2 guests.

Together we operate a family owned business called Executive Residences and having travelled around the globe we are now developing our own portfolio of high quality properties that meet our high demands for exquisitely furnished holiday homes.
Cyprus is a country we have visited for over 25 years and seen how beautiful an island this is. It has provided us with many memorable moments, which we now hope you will get to share.

We chose these properties due to their on-site facilities, stunning location and proximity to the best attractions Cyprus has to offer including the pristine beach at Coral Bay.
Furnishings are of a high standard and cater to couples & families looking for a relaxing holiday.
Nightlife is but a short distance away on the 'strip' at Coral Bay or in Paphos town centre itself.
Close to the growing number of golf clubs which can be reached in 25 minutes.
Having a private patio within a private residence environment, it means you have peace and quiet when you want it whilst still being close to all main nightlife available.
The apartment was well equipped with good quality appliances. Spacious and very comfortable. Great to have an ensuite shower room for each bedroom downstairs, as well as the toilet upstairs. The main terrace was great, with amazing sea and mountain views, but never used the downstairs terrace. Communication with the owners (Leanne) before travelling was easy and effiicient and helpful.
Location so quiet and peaceful. It was a nice 10 minute stroll down to the village, but walking back up the hill to the apartment was really hard going, ended up having to get a taxi, certainly couldn't do it in the summer months. Local buses from the village were really good and cheap. Used them most days to go to Coral Beach then onward to Paphos Harbour. Only a couple of restaurants open in the village at lunchtime when we were there (November 2016), but this wasn't a problem, because we were out elsewhere during the day. Local supermarket Philipos give a wonderful service giving customers a lift back to their apartment with their shopping free of charge. Have been looking at flights already to return to Peyia in the very near future.
Stayed for 1 week in October. Property is an upside down townhouse style terraced 2 bed with 3 bathrooms ( 2 ensuite) kitchen and lounge diner. Comfortable furniture and mattresses. Fully air conditioned. Large fridge freezer, tv with on demand uk channels ( expat tv, very slow and annoying) and Netflix. Wifi ( also slow and annoying). Ipod dock plus radio needs an aux cable. Patio table set and sunbeds ( but the balcony is too small and gets no sun until the afternoon.) Soundproofing is not brilliant and neighbours can be clearly heard moving around etc. Also, the aircon units are positioned outside bedroom 2 and are noisy. The fridge is also above bedroom 2 and cuts in noisily every 2 mins or so all day and night. If you want to guarantee sleep bring earplugs! 10 mins up the hill from Coral Bay strip and supermarket. A few mins further down to the beach. Approx 20 mins out of Paphos and about 30 mins from the airport.Spotlessly clean but too noisy for my liking. The pool was tolerable for Oct but lacks heating.
Two of us stayed at Hestor 5 for a week in September 2016 and were very happy with our holiday. Booking was easy and Leanne of Executive Residences was very helpful in providing directions for us to find the place and letting us know what was nearby.
The apartment itself is excellent. All the rooms are modern and finished to a very high standard. Downstairs you have a double and twin bedroom both with en suites. Upstairs you have an open plan living room / dining room and a very well equipped kitchen. Our favourite though was the balcony that looked out over the coast to the left and towards the mountains to the right. It traps the sun from the afternoon onward and was the perfect space to relax in the evenings. Add to that free WiFi that was more than capable of streaming and a sizeable pool just 50 yards away (that we regularly had to ourselves) and it's the perfect base for your Cyprus holiday.
Location wise the apartment is nicely placed. Initially it may seem off the beat and track but you quickly get your bearings and it's nice to be away from, but still close enough to, the main tourist hubs of the area. There are a small number of restaurants and shops within walking distance however our preference was to drive 10 minutes to Coral Bay where there is a well priced supermarket that will keep you stocked for your holiday and a strip of restaurants / bars if you fancy eating out. Of course Coral Bay is also home to a stunning beach. Otherwise Pathos is just 20-25 minutes away by car and it's an easy and pleasant drive whilst the Tomb of the Kings, Pathos Zoo, Pathos Aphrodite Water Park, the archaeological park, Pathos municipal market and any number of other attractions are all easily reachable.
If you don't have a car then the busses appeared frequent and cheap so you'd still get about however a rental car gives you more freedom and the apartment has plenty of parking nearby so I'd recommend that. Either way once you've settled in, found your feet and are sipping your first holiday drinks on the balcony at Hestor 5 - you'll be glad you came.
I'd happily return here again if I were visiting Cyprus again. Thanks for a great stay.
Location of this property was perfect for us...the apartment was very clean fully equipped for everything we needed especially for the kids. Shops and restaurants are close by and easy to get to. Fantastic views from the balcony..the swimming pool was great for the kids very clean with pool bar. I will definately be coming back here..the apartments are ideal for everyone couples and families.
First time in Cyprus which was made even better by having a brilliant apartment to stay in. Everything you needed in the apartment, 2 superb showers and 2 patio areas with superb views over Coral Bay to sit and watch the world go by. Shared very clean swimming pool area 50 yards from the apartment, and a short walk from local bars, restaurants and shops made this the most relaxing place to be in. I will definitely return to Paphos and particularly the Coral Bay area. great apartment, great holiday and by the way great honeymoon!!!

Perfect location for those looking to explore the many local attractions, historical sites and nightlife Cyprus has to offer. Close to Coral Bay and Coralia beaches ( 5 mins drive ) for that unforgettable beach holiday. Wide variety of tavernas,bars and restaurants in Coral Bay or closer still in Peyia village - serving both Cypriot & International cuisine, and is often accompanied by live music and dancing. Coral Bay and Peyia are plentiful with shops, banks, pharmacies and also walk in medical centres with english speaking doctors. You can even find a Fish and Chip shop and chineese takeaway. There are many places of interest in the region including Aphrodite Falls, Lara Beach - where you will find a protected area of turtles, Aghios Georgios, Paphos, Tomb of the Kings, the list goes on. There are water parks, Go Karting , Crazy Golf and even foot-golf !!. Car hire is recommended to enable you to have the freedom of exploring the beautiful region. Hiting a car is easy and relatively cheap - and they drive on the same side as the UK. Rental car can be picked up at the airport or it can be arranged for delivery to your townhouse.
