Gianni's home was the perfect place to spend a holiday. He and Emanuela were so helpful with correspondence and showing us around. We stayed 4 of us in the downstairs apartment, and loved the space, with all the artistic touches added by the owner himself! Not to mention the outstanding view: we watched the sun set every evening with a glass of prosecco and couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more.
We could choose whether to be calm and lazy in the hammock or explore the wonderful surrounding beaches and towns of Finale and Cefalu', and we even took a day-trip to Palermo without issue. The neighbours were very kind and gave us sweet lemons and fresh almonds to eat and herbs from their garden, you couldn't ask for a better experience of the natural beauty and kindness of Sicily. The outdoor kitchen was my favourite – a place to prepare the enormous seafood feasts that we'd bought from the market! The produce that we bought and cooked was unparalleled to what I've ever had before. We also ate an outstanding meal at Osteria Bacchus in Sant'Ambrogio at Gianni's recommendation.
This was probably the best holiday I've ever had. I can't recommend it enough – it will make you fall in love with Sicily if you aren't already!
What I found here was far beyond my expectations. I wanted a cosy and nice place to stay in Sicily, not too far from facilities but still quiet and not overcrowded. I arrived with my boyfriend in Finale di Pollina where the Owner welcomed us and took us to the property - a stunning, perfect, clean, well maintained house in the middle of a natural park just 5 mins from town center, beaches, restaurants and everything you need. The Owner was really helpful, he explained us everything we needed to know about the house. Stunning view of the landscape, perfect balcony for an outside dinner with the sea in front of you - so far and so close at the same time. I would not recommend this place to everyone - just to those who can handle the beauty of this place!!
Waking up with nothing but the ocean in front of you - this is an image we will never forget! The house was not just very beautiful, it was situated in the perfect spot, surrounded by olive-trees and flowers. The inside showed the owners special taste beautiful, special things. We felt welcomed the moment we entered the door. Gianni was very helpful. He answered all our questions and gave us good tipps were we would find good food, beautiful tracks ans nice beaches. Thank you very much!
Très belle maison dans une réserve magnifique, tout est conforme à la description, calme, plénitude, vue magnifique, nous avons passé un très bon séjour, merci!

The house is very cozy and provided of everything you can possibly need. It was incredible to be in touch again with the sounds of nature after having spent so much time in the city!
This is one of the most peaceful places I've ever been!

A few kilometers, ancient villages rich in architecture, art and living traditions: the country's festivals, processions, tasting of local products. Cefalu, 15 km, beautiful village from the enchanting seaside location: lively cultural place, with museums and priceless works of art. The beaches of stone, pebbles and sand overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, the blue waters, facing the Aeolian Islands. The ferry to the islands you can 'take in Cefalu or Milazzo (40 km), and visiting them is really a wonderful experience, are all of volcanic origin, some volcanoes are attività.L'Etna is about 100 km of good highway, and in any case from our house each side of the island can be reached in about 2 hours on the motorway.
