Great locale across from metro stop and on good bus line. Ten min walk to Notre Dame and fifteen to Louvre. Fifth floor walk up and noisy street are the only negatives to this spectacular place. It's spotless, all amenities of home and more. Soaps, robes, espresso, even milk, five bottles of water - five of us- and a bottle of wine. We would definitely return and were very pleased with the attention to detail which made the weekend in Paris feel more special.
Beautifully decorated apartment, centrally located. Comfortable beds, plenty of space for our family of 5. Bruno was a great host. Thank you!
My family just returned from our trip to France and I must say, our stay in a Paris at this apartment was a real highlight. The flat has everything you need and is in a perfect location to explore the city. Bruno was an attentive host and helped us arrange transport from the train station and to the airport. When we return to Paris, we will definitely be booking here!!
Property is excellent, extremely well equiped with high end appliances and beautifully furnished. Appartment is in an excellent central position close to Notre Dame. The wooden floors look amazing but are a bit on the creaky side and you need to beware the 5th floor location without a lift - so pack accordingly. I would recommend the property highly.
We loved our stay, ten days at the end of September 2016, two adults and a teenage daughter. The apartment is luxurious and all our dealings in relation to booking, arriving and departing were handled brilliantly. If there was an opportunity we would definitely stay here again.
The apartment is fitted out very well, with lots of space. We cooked our own meals and had everything we needed for that. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. The ensuites were comfortable and well appointed.
The location was perfect for us. Perhaps not everyone would walk as much as we did, but we walked to Notre Dame (very close), the Louvre and back (five times I think it was, but still did not finish), the Marais a couple of times, even into St Germain etc. There is a choice of supermarkets nearby, so it was easy to find supplies - plus of course boulangerie etc.
We felt very well looked after by our hosts. We had instructions on how to make our way from Gare de Lyon, and the housekeeper met us and explained everything in the apartment - with some humour. The owner helped us with advice about the area and made it easy for us to exit when we needed to so we could make our flight from Charles de Gaulle.
I could not think of anything we'd wish to be different, except a longer stay. We were a little fitter from the stairs too. Thanks!
"Can we live here?" my 16-year-old asked when we first walked into this lovely flat. That's high praise. The location is perfect -- we walked a few blocks to the Louvre, a few to Pont Neuf, a few for great shopping -- and the communication with Bruno Denis is wonderful, starting with a text a few days before we arrived to help us get to the flat from the airport. It's really useful information. The flat has everything you need -- laundry, coffeemaker, hairdryers, gourmet stove, WiFi, a balcony, Bose sound system -- we used them all. I must mention the five flights to walk up (97 steps) but everything in the flat is so impressive, that the walk is worth it.
Not sure if noise is an issue five flights up in the spring and summer but it wasn't in November -- I was surprised at how quiet/private it was considering how busy and centrally located it is.
