With an exceptional south-facing panoramic view of the Pernoise countryside and the surrounding mountains where you can contemplate all year long, beautiful sunsets, this former sheepfold completely restored welcomes you in an idyllic setting, in the heart of lush greenery privileged.

Cradled by the gentle lights of Provence, you will fall under the charm of the park "restanque" conducive to calm and relaxation. Surrounded by olive trees, almond trees and Mediterranean pines, you will enjoy your holidays by the pool or under the shady arbor.

The property fitted out and decorated with care is ideal for your stays in family or between friends. Entirely on one level, the main part serves a kitchen and a large living room with fireplace, open on the terrace. You will also find 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room. In addition, a terraced outbuilding equipped with a bedroom with private bathroom and decorated with a kitchenette, allows you to benefit from an additional independent space. Thanks to the air conditioning in the kitchen, the living room as well as in a room, you will not suffer from the heat. Two other mobile air conditioners will also refresh the other rooms.

From the house, you can go for beautiful walks along the path along the channel Carpentras or the mountain bike circuit.

Between Mont Ventoux and the Luberon, the location is ideal to discover the Vaucluse and its famous tourist sites such as the City of the Popes of Avignon, Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and its antique dealers, Pernes-les -Fontaines, Venasque, Gordes and Sénanque Abbey, Roussillon and its ocher quarries, Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, Ménerbes, Oppède, etc., without forgetting the numerous Provencal markets and the vineyards of our region (Côtes du Rhône, Luberon, Ventoux, Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Vacqueyras, Beaumes-de-Venise, Gigondas ...).
