Peaceful respite!
We loved this nice old house! Reminded me of wonderful old vacation houses from my childhood! The house being literally 15 feet or so to the lake was great! The huge downstairs rooms were great !? Loved the whole experience!!!

Relaxation in NH
Our extended family group found this lake house to be peaceful and relaxing. The large rooms downstairs easily accommodated all of us. Those of us who love the water were thrilled by the great swimming and the free use of the two kayaks. The lake was sooo quiet! The loons made more noise than the people!

Great escape
We had a great weekend at Regina's cabin on Gilmore Pond! The location is tough to beat - the cabin is right on the water, and tucked into a part of the pond that feels totally private and peaceful. The ambiance of the house is really lovely--it has the feel of an old New Hampshire cabin, but many of the spaces have been updated so that you don't lack for modern comforts. The house was a great size--spacious enough to accommodate all 7 of us, with great common areas and plenty of room for people to have their own space. There were plenty of dishes, linens, etc. for us to enjoy our weekend comfortably! Regina was a great host--she was incredibly flexible and responsive to us, especially as we had some last-minute shifts in arrival times. She made it really easy to get to the house and just relax and enjoy!
