Great central location in Saint-Malo for this lovely townhouse, completely renovated to a high standard thoughout with a lovely extension overlooking a large wooden terrace and a small landscaped garden secured by walls on all sides. Perfect location in a small quiet street in the center of the Saint Servan district of ​​Saint Malo. It is possible to do all your shopping, touring and trips to the beach by foot. Leave your car in the garage next to the house to visit the lovely old and charming neighborhood of Saint Servan which has everything you need in terms of shops, cafés and restaurants, as well as its magnificient port and marina, the old walled town of Saint-Malo Intra-Muros and Saint Malo's famous beaches.

Everything is near. A real joy. Then take the car for jaunts to the lovey coast towns and villages very close by.

The house is on three levels. After the first entrance hall which is common to the house on the left, you enter our house. On the ground floor there is an entrance area with its staircase, and to your right, enter enter main living area with open-spacefully equipped kitchen, living room and dining area overlooking the terrace and garden.

On the ground floor, there is also a WC and a small laundry area with washing machine / dryer and a small shower, also with access to the outside.

On the first floor, there are 2 good-sized bedrooms, one with a large double bed 160 cm and the other with 2 single beds 90 cm and a WC. Built-in wardrobes and original wooden floors and features throughout.

On the top floor there is a very large bedroom and a large shower room with toilet.

For lovers of charm associated with all modern comforts, with all amenities and sightseeing in St Malo within a short walking distance.

NOTE, we NONETHELESS do NOT recoommend our house for families with very young children or elderly people. Our periode staircase, charming as it may be, and serving two floors overhead, is not the most suitable for toddlers, and probably tiring for the elderly or disabled/people with restricted mobility.

Excellent and very well equiped with all we could possibly need and th e location was superb

This is a truly amazing property with everything you could possibly need. The host Carolyn is exceptional and when we said we had forgotten our beach towels she left two outside the following day. The house is stunning and has a small but very peaceful back garden, perfect for relaxing in the evening with a glass of chilled wine after exploring as the location is excellent. 5 minute walk to the pretty shopping centre of St Servan which has all you could need and a 15 minute walk to the seafront of Solidor St Servan with excellent views and restaurants.It is also possible to walk to st Malo intro Muros in about 25 minutes. There is also an excellent bus service which takes you there directly. Using the bus service we also went to Cancale and Dinard. Carolyn recommended some restaurants which were superb. All in all a wonderful relaxing holiday and we will definitely be back here again later in the year.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus

Wir verbrachten als vierköpfige Familie zwei Wochen im Juli in San Malo/Saint Servan.

Das schöne Steinhaus im bretonischen Stil ist sehr sauber und ordentlich und hat wirklich alles, was man braucht um eine tolle Zeit zu verbringen. Die Ausstattung ist neu und hochwertig. Der kleine hübsche Garten brachte uns Sonne von morgens bis abends und ist ideal um zu entspannen.

Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen ruhigen Seitenstraße. Von dort aus kann man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß eine kleine Einkaufsstraße erreichen. Dort bekommt man alles für den täglichen Bedarf und darüber hinaus. Sonntags sogar frische Austern, Krebse und Co.

Auch der Strand und die Altstadt von San Malo sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Die Vermieter sind supernett und wirklich sehr zuverlässig. Wir haben uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohl und umsorgt gefühlt.

Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und haben dadurch auch Gelegenheit nutzen können die traumhafte Umgebung, mit den verschiedensten Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten, zu erkunden. Aber das ist sicherlich auch ohne Auto planbar. (Es gibt dort auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel)

Es gibt so zahlreiche Möglichkeiten einen tollen Urlaub zu erleben, dass wir im nächsten Jahr erneut dort, und wieder in diesem Haus, unsere Ferien verbringen möchten. 😍☀️🌤

Presque parfait

Tout était très bien en passant par l’accueil, les équipements, la situation géographique, Le seul hic, c’est l’acces internet qui n’est pas assez puissant. Mise à part cet inconvénient, tout a été merveilleux.

Nous sommes néanmoins confus pour le débit Internet qui est à priori très bon dans ce logement, entre 15 et 20 Mb, dans tous les cas au rez-de-chaussée - nous n'avons pas encore essayé à l'étage. Les vacanciers avant vous ont même spontanément évoqué ce très bon débit. Peut-être qu'un problème est survenu lors de votre séjour ? Désolés pour ce désagrément, Bien cordialement, Carolyn & Benoît.

Location parfaite

Cette maison est l'endroit parfait pour découvrir Saint-Malo et sa région.

Située dans un quartier calme mais très proche de commerces, on peut tout faire à pied dans la ville.

Nous y avons séjourné avec un enfant d'un peu plus d'un an. La maison est confortable, très bien équipée, très propre. La propriétaire est très gentille et la communication avec elle est tout ce qu'il y a de plus facile.

C'est un lieu à recommander sans aucune réserve et nous y retournerions avec plaisir.

Superbe maison

Belle et spacieuse maison, bien aménagée.

La maison est située dans le quartier Saint Sevran, la visite de Saint Malo est possible à pied.

Petit jardin plein sud au calme.

Très belle maison avec charme, en parfait état, plus que tres bien équipée. Tres bien située dans Saint-Malo, commerces à proximité, plages peu loin.
