Duplex apartment of 120m2, and 2 terraces of 50m2 each with sea and village views. This duplex is located in the heart of the village of Morro Jable, 200m from the beach and all shops and restaurants.
The apartment is secured with an ALARM and remote monitoring. A safe is available.
It includes a first level with: an entrance, a living room with television, a bedroom with double bed 140x200 and television, a shower room with WC, a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hotplates, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle), a 50m2 panoramic village and sea view terrace with lounge and dining area.
On the second level: a hallway, a shower room with WC, a bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and television, dressing room, a 50m2 solarium terrace with panoramic views of the village and the sea.
If necessary, the living room is equipped with a 140x200 convertible sofa.
The apartment is equipped with WIFI, free satellite TV and ADSL television, and air conditioning on the 2 levels.

Large private appt close to shops and beach
Enjoyed a lovely week in this clean, comfortable, well equipped and spacious apartment. The apartment is not overlooked by neighbouring properties and the sun terrrace gets sun from about 10:30am in April all the way through to sunset. The nearby Spar is perfect for croissants, fresh bread and everything else you might want during your stay. The long, sandy beach is a five minute walk away and the sea is beautifully calm and refreshing. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and we would recommend booking a table at Bodega del Jandia for an excellent tapas meal. All in all an excellent week in the sun. Thank you Thierry!

Spacious, comfortable, apartment Morro Jable, Fuerteventura.
Large well appointed apartment over two floors. Really well presented, with nice furniture, and all equipment you need on holiday. Also, great outside space with two large balcony's with furniture and nice views over town and ocean. Would recommend as an ideal place to stay for two couples with a short distance to town centre and beach. (It is near the top of a steep hill so not for anyone that this would cause a problem for.) Thierry, the owner, kept us well informed and the details supplied covered all we needed. Thank you.

The welcome by Teresa was warm and included fruits, water and wine which was much appreciated. This apartment was very well equiped and is very well and tastefully decorated to a level that is luxurious. This has everything that you could desire if you want to do a lot of your own cooking. There was a lot of storage space with a separate walking wardrobe in the master bedroom. The jewel in the crown was undoubtedly the veranda on the ground floor and the patio on the roof which is a suntrap. Both have stunning views of the sea and the old town. The spiral staircase was a novelty but that and the steep slope and steps in the street outside would rule it out for disabled holidaymakers. It was conveniently located in the old town of Morro Jable and within a stone-throw of one of the larger spa supermarkets. There was even thoughtful provision of beach equipment such as windbreakers, folding chairs and mats which made the beach, only a few minutes walk away, a more inviting prospect. Although Morro Jable is the most southerly town on the island the various attractions were within easy motoring distance. We would recommend hiring a car but we noticed there was a regular service to both the Oasis (a wildlife park) and Puerto del Rosario. It is also ideally situated for excursions to Punta Jandía, the wild beach of Cofete and the summit of el pico de Zarza as well as the magnificent 16km stretch of Jandía Playa. Thierry, the owner of the flat, who was in Paris at the time of our stay, was very prompt at answering questions we had by email. We would book this again without hesitation.
