The apartment has a garage which is an exception to other offers (it is very difficult to park on the waterfront).

Conveniently located next to the beach and the prestigious complex Rerserva del Higueron (SPA club sport), adjacent to the shops and a train station (Màlaga-Fuengirola).

It has 2 stunning pools for adults and * infants with continuous sunshine, equipped with umbrellas and lawn only reserved for residents of the building. The building is located close to the train station to be mobile. Close to all shops, banks, bars, restaurants, taxi and bus station. The beach is directly accessible in less than 3 minutes and Paseo Maritimo with its restaurants, bars and beach bars.

The building is quickly and directly accessible from the airport Màlaga and Màlaga center by express train running between Fuengirola and Màlaga.

The apartment has stunning views across the sea and the mountain with its large terrace. Modern and spacious, the apartment has an area of ​​100 m2 in excellent condition with quality services. Well appointed clean apartment with large balcony

Very nice apartment that lived up to its reviews and description. Excellent location to the station with trains every 20mts to Fuengirola and Malaga (airport). A steep walk up the hill from the station and a long flight of steps down to the beach but not a problem to able-bodied. Quiet area which is perfect for relaxing.and stunning sunrises from the superb balcony have made this a perfect holiday for us. Only negative are the shower curtains which would benefit being replaced by screens.

Appartement conforme à la description faite dans l'annonce, propre et très bien équipé. Un coup de coeur pour le balcon dont la vue donne directement sur la mer ; très agréable pour y prendre les repas. L'appartement est idéalement situé avec un accès direct à la plage, aux commerces, restaurants et différentes animations. Un grand merci à Anna qui nous a réservé un accueil très chaleureux. Elle nous a fourni de nombreux conseils pratiques sur l'appartement et la résidence mais également sur la ville de Fuengirola (accès à la plage, restaurants, endroits pour faire les courses, pour faire du shopping) et sur les visites à faire en Andalousie. Nous avons vraiment passé un séjour formidable et n'hésiterons pas à relouer cet appartement dans le futur. Nous recommandons vraiment cette location!

We rent it never again

We rent this apartment for almost 3 weeks in January. We rent it never again.

- There was absolutely insufficient heating in the living room, a great risk during the winter period.

- The apartment has not be cleaned during the 3 weeks.

- We got no new bed cloths during this period.

- We got no clean towels during this period.

- The WIFI didn’t work, no action about that.

- The TV fell out frequently.

- The owner doesn’t reply on questions.

Un séjour inoubliable

Cet appartement est un endroit de rêve pour 4 personnes; avec ses deux salles de bain et ses nombreuses portes permettant la quiétude.Parfaitement équipé, même un gril électrique nous permettant de souper sur le balcon ( très grand avec vue sur la mer). Idéal si vous êtes en forme ou avez une voiture. L'appartement est en haut d'une bonne cote, mais équipée d'un garage fermé. Un point central de la Costa del sol, à 5 minutes de la plage ou de l'autoroute. La plage y est belle. Le long de la plage nous y avons trouvé le meilleur restaurant de notre voyage:LasTablas del Rey, à des prix abordables, il y offre un menu typique du pays, délicieux et dans un climat très chaleureux.

De plus l'appartement est très propre, Anna qui nous reçoit est adorable.Frederic est un hôte à recommander. Le train à deux minutes de l'appartement peut nous amener à peu de frais de Malaga à Fluengirola . J'y reviendrai sans hésitation.

Résidence calme . Vue sur mer. Région très belle

La location correspond au descriptif. Tout y est pour passer d'agréable vacances. Anna est une personne agréable avec qui vous sympathisez de suite. Je recommande fortement, nous avons passés des vacances fantastiques. Nous avons eu l'occasion de decouvrir la Feria de Malaga, le village de Mijas, Marbella... Très belle région, l'Andalousie est magnifique. Nous y retournerons 😄
