A superb three bedroom town house situated in a quiet location on a private complex in the centre of Caleta De Fuste, which offers a beautiful sandy beach, a variety of bars and restaurants and an 18 hole golf course. The house is furnished to a very high standard and offers three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, downstairs toilet, spacious lounge which comes with FREE Wi-Fi and UK TV channels, DVD player and a fully fitted kitchen which comes equipped with washing machine, microwave, hob, cooker and fridge freezer. Two bedrooms have their own private balconies and fitted wardrobes the third bedroom has an en suite and is downstairs. The third bedroom has its own lounge area. All rooms are fitted with ceiling fans for your comfort. The house has its own private patio which is furnished with wooden table and chairs and loungers are provided for around the pool. There is a large shared pool ( which is heated during winter months) which is set in beautiful landscaped gardens.

Why Chris chose Castillo Caleta de Fuste
We fell in love with Fuereteventura when we visited it the first time in 1996. We visited it many times after that staying in either Caleta or Corralejo, but in the end it was Caleta where we set our sights on. Being so close to the airport was a definate plus and the resort had just the right balance of bars restaurants and shops to appeal to families and couples alike. There are many restaurants that are aimed at family dining whilst there are some that will attract couples for a quiet romantic meal. Amuley Mar was a brand new complex when we bought our house and what appealed to us was the fact that the house would be easy to maintain and keep to a high standard. The complex is very well looked after with the pool and gardens being tended daily. The complex is well positioned in the resort with the beach, bars and restaurants all in walking distance.

Fantastic house in a great location everything you could wish for.
We really enjoyed our stay house was great and access easy with Alan showing us round. Had a small problem with a toilet that wasn’t attended to and the pool was out of use for half of our stay. The kitchen bin needed a proper clean but none of these things stopped us really enjoying our stay. The owners were very nice when we contacted them. All in all fabulous.

Lovely spacious property over 3 levels.Very useful having ensuite shower room in basement bedroom saves queueing for showers, and also a toilet and washhand basin off of living room.Top floor 2 bedrooms each have a balcony which we located to, to read books in the sun, when sun had moved from our private patio [off of patio doors at kitchen].Bathroom for top floor bedrooms has overbath shower great water pressure & unending supply of hot water.Kitchen has a washing machine which is very useful as it enables you to travel light & wash clothes ,beach towels through etc whilst on holiday.Patio area is lovely, with what looked like brand new high quality patio furniture.Property is set in a beautiful development with well maintained gardens and pool area.Location excellent.Very central to some great restaurants,marina,beach & commercial centre.We especially like Fusion 22 [excellent Indian restaurant],15 [excellent restaurant also,starter of tequila lime chicken salad wow!,in fact we,ve eaten there so many times over numerous holidays and all food has been fantastic].All in all great holiday! Special thanks to Alan who manages the property.He met us at the property with the keys & explained how things worked ie washing machine,tv etc,& showed us round the property.Lovely guy! He even arranged a taxi for our return journey to the airport, as we had said on a previous holiday at a different property we struggled to get a taxi.Thanks Alan

House is in a great location. We had a comfortable stay for four weeks sharing one week with family too. There is plenty storage space and hangers. We booked without air con due to Canarian breeze which was missing at start so we bought and left an extra fan.
Also requested and paid for a welcome pack which was a great start and no need to rush to shops.
Alan appears each week to change bedding and towels... would say a little too early for us but appreciated all the same
Being picky now. Feel house could do with a deep clean and inventory between visitors as there are cracked plastic cups, cracked glass, salad drawers in fridge cracked/broken, lamps in basement not working, wardrobes could benefit a small handle as only opener is the key which 9 times out of ten simply comes out in your hand. None of this spoilt our stay.
The cats were an issue for us as we are not cat lovers. Obviously someone has encouraged/fed in the past as they just walk in, sit on outside chairs or under the sunbeds.
Lastly I think for first time visitors to the island some kind of information pack on the amenities, opening hours, places to visit, local maps and suggestions would be helpful.
Overall had an amazing four weeks stay. There is no feeling quite like waking up each day to the sunshine
Fab location, excellent property
Well equipped, comfortable home in a great location. Ideal for a family of 5 with plenty of space. Great communication when booking and on hand manager if any problems. Good decor but could have done with a few extra kitchen items eg tin opener but no major problems. Excellent overall holiday experience.
Fantastic location and a lovely house
Firstly the location is fantastic. The house was lovely. And the pool area is kept well and the gardens tidy. The house Is a large 3 storey house which is quite spacious. Caleta de fuste is a lovely resort and the house is in an ideal location. Close enough to the bars and restaurants but not so you can hear them. The beach is a short walk away. The airport is 15 minutes away and costs approx €14 by taxi. You have local supermarkets similiar to an express store here in the UK. A 30 minute walk away is the Atlantico centre which has a lovely big euro spar supermarket. A taxi costs approx €5. What would be a nice touch is a guest type book that guests could put their favourite bars and restaurants in. And some local information that may be of interest. We would definitely return. Lovely house with all amenities and central location
We love coming to Caleta each year, so impressed with the house at Amuley Mar 1, perfect location for all the bars, restaurants and beaches. Definitely recommend as a perfect base with all amenities required for a relaxing break. Thank you
Caleta De Fuste is just a 10 minute drive from the airport which if you took a taxi would cost you approximately 8 euros. I t is an ideal location for families and couples alike. It has a beautiful sandy horseshoe shaped beach with a picturesque harbour where there are many attractions including the unique Oceanarium, where you can interact with seals. There are many water sports available. Also recommended is a sailing excursion on a 25 meter catamaran where it is possible to site dolphins and a giant turtle. This is all on offer and is just a five minute walk from the house. Caleta De Fuste offers a variety of bars and restaurants ranging from the good old English roast dinner to Italian, Portuguese,French and Chinese. Many bars offer evening entertainment. A new golf course with a driving range and club hire facilities is just a five minute drive away. It is a 18 hole par 70 course which has three large lakes connected by a stream all of which comes into play at several holes.
