Las Boas apartment building, designed by the world famous architect Jean Nouvel, is the most emblematic residential building in Ibiza.

The apartment has 115 sqm and 20 sqm terrace.

Total privacy from terrace, unlike most apartments in Las Boas community.

View is facing the sea ,the Marina and its yachts, the Old Town but not the neighbors!

It has has 2 large bedrooms, one with a double king size bed and the other with 2 single beds.

There are 2 complete bathrooms and a separate toilet.

Maximum occupancy is 4 adults + 1 small child.

Designer furniture and Bulthaup kitchen, Nespresso machine, Xbox, Playstation,

Free Wifi throughout the apartment and building.

The pool is amazing – rumoured to be the largest residential pool in Europe with chill out areas, a gym with state of the art Technogym equipment, sauna, Turkish bath and hot tub as well as childrens pool and play area.

The flat is air conditioned and furnished to the highest standards, with a new kitchen and new designer furniture.

Parking is easily available on the street.

Guests have access to the whole apartment.

The apartment is located in the best area of the Ibiza Marina , 5 minutes walk to , Lio, Pacha, Cipriani, the Casino, Ibiza Gran Hotel, Blue Marlin (marina location), 8 mins walk from Talamanca beach and 15 mins walk (5 minutes drive) from Ibiza town.

Ibiza's Old Town is 15 minutes walk away.

Taxi from/to the airport is 15 mn and 20euros.

The apartment is very comfortable and luxurious as in the pictures. Everything is brand new.

The views from the terrace are amazing and we were really lucky with our privacy because this apartment is centered in the middle of the building!

The apartment is right in the middle of everything. We walked everywhere, to Pacha, to the Old Town and to the beach.

Joyce was extremely helpful with insider tips as she knows the island very well and has excellent connections.

We'll be back!!

Really nice comfortable place

Joyce was really helpful and always answered imitiately.

The appartment is nice and clean and very beautiful designed. We had a wonderful Time there. The only thing is that there are only two bedrooms instead of three. And only one with a window.

But all in one i would Love to come back.
