A wonderful place to stay

The apartment was well-equipped and comfortable. It was also very clean and tidy. The nearby waterfront offered wonderful boardwalks. Rolf is a conscientious and responsive owner. Correspondence, administration and check-in were a breeze. It was a delight dealing with him. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful apartment, in good location

We stayed for just less than two weeks in July 2017 and had a great holiday. Firstly the owner, Rolf, was extremely helpful during the booking progress and throughout our stay he was always available for advice. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and very well equipped, and had easy access to the pool where the grounds were immaculately maintained in a quiet friendly development. A short walk 10-15 minutes, depending on the heat of the day, took us to local shops, pubs and restaurants and the beach. On the main road there was a regular bus service which was easy to use to get to other towns along the coast, if I managed to use it trust me anybody could. It was a great base to explore this area of Spain.

Fantastic apartment,location and views

My wife and 3 teenagers stayed here for 2 weeks and loved every part of it,

Property is very well located just a few minutes walk to shops,pubs,restaurants etc.

The apartment is very well kitted out with every mod-con you could think of.

Newly refurbished kitchen and both bathrooms were amazing with powerful rain head showers.

Pool and garden areas kept very clean with plenty of sun beds available .The owner Rolf was very helpful throughout texting me to make sure all was ok and offering advice on local restaurants etc.

Overall we had a very enjoyable stay

Der Panoramablick hat uns begeistert

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und komfortabel ausgestattet.Besonders begeistert hat uns der Balkon mit dem herrlichen Ausblick. Zu empfehlen wäre für die Zukunft die verschiedenen Sachen in den oberen Schränken in den Schlafräumen nebst Weihnachtsdeko zu verschließen.

Die Ferienanlage selbst ist sehr groß und verwinkelt. Vom Parkplatz muss man schon ein bisschen laufen, aber daran gewöhnt man sich schnell. Dafür ist die Wohnung gesichert wie Fort Knox, also ein Einbrecher hat hier keine Chance.

vacances de rêve

Nous avons passez de très belles vacances, l'appartement est très beau spacieux et propre avec une belle terrasse donnant sur une magnifique vue sur la mer. A Riviera Del Sol vous trouverez tous ce dont vous avez besoin l'appartement se situe près de la plage, mais si vous longer la promenade vous arriverez sur les plages plus grandes de la Cala de Mijas. Si vous voulez visiter les villes comme Marbella ou Fuengirola vous trouverez des bus à toute heure. Le propriétaire de l'appartement est une personne très gentil qui est à votre écoute. Merci à lui.
