Excellent apartment in first class location

We spent the month of February in this apartment. We were very satisfied with it. The owner is helpful and the location near El Cortes Ingles was ideal. Located near buses, tram, taxi rank and only 5 minutes walk to the port. The Postiguet beach is just another 5 minutes away.The apartment is spacious and comfortable and the facilities work well. It is also close to many restaurants, bars, coffee shops and a very good supermarket with a wide choice of food and drink. We would recommend for a short or long stay. We would be happy to go back again if the opportunity arises.

superbe appartement

Je confirme sans réserve les commentaires élogieux des locataires précédents. L'appartement est très beau, très spacieux et très bien équipé. Il est situé près du centre, mais dans un quartier et un immeuble très calmes. Le propriétaire Ricardo est très serviable et très accommodant. Merci infiniment à Ricardo et à sa fille pour leur grande gentillesse.

Je valide l'évaluation de Mickael D. Je rajoute que le wifi est gratuit. Situé pas trop loin de la gare ( nous sommes venus en train de Strasbourg ).

Wir haben fünf sehr schöne Wochen in einem Apartment verbracht das uns rundum zufrieden gestimmt hat. Alle Angaben aus dem Online-Inserat wurden vor Ort voll erfüllt. Der Eigentümer spricht deutsch. Die Lage ist super, direkt in der City und mit Bus und Bahn gut angebunden. Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Übergabe und Zurücknahme des Apartments verlief reibungslos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

SANS AUCUNE HESITATION

L'appartement est spacieux, propre, complet, bien orienté et magnifiquement situé dans le centre ville.

Vous disposez de tout le nécessaire à proximité (centre commercial, restaurants, bars, supermarché etc...)

Nous recommandons vivement à tous vacanciers ou voyageurs de ne pas hésiter et de prendre cet appartement pour toute la durée du séjour.

L'immeuble est très calme ainsi que le voisinage donc si vous cherchez à joindre repos, l'utile à l'agréable vous y êtes.

Le propriétaire est une crème, vraiment sympathique et aimable à souhait qui s'intéresse et soigne ses locataires, nous avons été conquis par ce charmant Monsieur.

Un grand merci encore une fois à Ricardo.

Nous devions rester 2 semaines au départ et à l'arrivée nous nous sentions tellement bien que nous sommes restés 1 semaine de plus.

Pour finir nous n'irons plus jamais à l'hotel quand nous serons à Alicante.

Pasamos mi marido y yo varios días por cuestiones de trabajo y fue como estar en casa. Estaba perfectamente equipado, en el mismo centro con todos los servicios necesarios y el propietario encantador y detallista.
