This renovated apartment is ideally located between the famous Puerta de Jerez (where the Hotel Alfonso XIII is located) and the Cathedral, along the gardens of the Alcazar. 2 mn walk is enough to reach the palace of the Alcazar and the Giralda.

Although in the heart of the historical center of Seville, it is quiet, overlooking a pedestrian street and an inner courtyard.

It is on the 2nd floor, and from the roof terrace on the 4th floor, you can see the Giralda and the gardens of the Alcazar.

It has a surface area of ​​95 m2 and offers a large living room with a kitchen-bar area and a dining area which gives access to 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The large picture window of the living room opens onto a balcony, from where you can see the carriages that go to the Alcazar.

In one of the bedrooms there is a large double bed, while the other two have twin beds that can be converted into a king size bed. The beds are memory-shaped (visco-elastic). Each bedroom has a closet-wardrobe.

The kitchen is very well equipped with quality appliances and dishes.

One of the bathrooms is equipped with a bathtub, which also offers the possibility of a comfortable shower, while the other bathroom is equipped with a large shower.

We had a wonderful time in Seville. Our apartment was on a side street very near the center of town. The furnishings were lovely and everything seemed to be brand new. We could walk to the cathedral and the Alcazar in minutes. We felt so fortunate to have found such a delightful place to stay.

Seville is an amazing city.This accommodation is centrally located right next to the Cathedral and Alcazar and other attractions.

The apartment has been completely refurbished with excellent facilities including A/C, wifi and very comfortable.

Isabelle. Was there to meet us on arrival and gave us all the necessary information and was available for any requirements.

For those infirm or disabled this is not suitable as no elevator but for us was perfect

I would highly recommend for a city break to Seville

Stylish, very clean, very comfortable beds.

Perfectly located to access all the major tourist attractions, yet in a quiet street. The property is very well equipped and the communication from both for the owner and Maria the reception party was excellent. Six people fit comfortably in this flat without feeling over crowded. The Wi-fi is fast and the benefit of Netflix was an added bonus when we decided to have a night in. The rooftop area was a great space to spend evening with a gin and tonic with views over the city. Can’t recommend this property enough, great value for our family get together.

Lovely Apartment in Perfect Location

This apartment is perfectly located near all the most interesting parts of Seville: it was steps from the Cathedral, the Real Alcazar, and a quick walk to the Plaza Espana. The apartment itself was very clean and chic and comfortable. The terrace upstairs is not private as it seems to be accessible to all occupants of the building. Despite telling the owner what time we were arriving, the person who let us in was half an hour late -- not the end of the world, but when you're travelling with children and luggage and are tired, you don't want to wait on a street or an entrance lobby. The check-out time on the VRBO site said 4PM but we were told by the person who let us in, it was actually 11AM. Subsequently the owner apologized for keeping us waiting and said we could check out at 2PM (which is still not 4pm, so really they need to change that info on their listing). Small criticisms. Overall the place is fantastic and I would rent it again.
