This renovated apartment is ideally located between the famous Puerta de Jerez (where the Hotel Alfonso XIII is located) and the Cathedral, along the gardens of the Alcazar. 2 mn walk is enough to reach the palace of the Alcazar and the Giralda.

Although in the heart of the historical center of Seville, it is quiet, overlooking a pedestrian street and an inner courtyard.

It is on the 2nd floor, and from the roof terrace on the 4th floor, you can see the Giralda and the gardens of the Alcazar.

It has a surface area of ​​95 m2 and offers a large living room with a kitchen-bar area and a dining area which gives access to 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The large picture window of the living room opens onto a balcony, from where you can see the carriages that go to the Alcazar.

In one of the bedrooms there is a large double bed, while the other two have twin beds that can be converted into a king size bed. The beds are memory-shaped (visco-elastic). Each bedroom has a closet-wardrobe.

The kitchen is very well equipped with quality appliances and dishes.

One of the bathrooms is equipped with a bathtub, which also offers the possibility of a comfortable shower, while the other bathroom is equipped with a large shower.

Great apartment in the heart of Seville!

We just spent 5 days here and it was great. The location can't be beat - right in the heart of Seville, walking distance to everything. The apartment is modern, comfortable and clean. Beds were comfortable and each room has it's own heat / air conditioner so we could control the temperature. We were there for the first few days of Semana Santa (Holy Week), and those days we could hear some street noise, but the days before Semana Santa started were fine. (Semana Santa is a BIG deal in Seville, with parades each night and lots of people out, I think anywhere in the heart of the city would have some noise). I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful apartment in great location near the Real Alcazar.

We spent 6 days in Isabelle's well appointed apartment which is in a remarkable, quiet location near the Real Alcazar. It is exactly as described and illustrated in the photos with all the appliances and furnishings being brand new from a recent refurbishment. We would have loved to have used the rooftop terrace but unfortunately it rained every day we were there which was a shame! David was really helpful when we checked in and was able to show us precisely where the car park was located. I would not have any hesitation in recommending this apartment and would love to return soon to enjoy the terrace. Thank you Isabelle and David.
